Most of the machines are broken, the hot water does not work, the dryers open up midway even if you put a low amount of clothing in. Secondly, the workers are disrespecting and extremely hostile. I had walked in one time to change loonies and quarters in the machine, because I was going to come back with my clothes and the money ready to go, and the usual lady who is there started accusing me of coming in there just to change my money and not obey the customer only rule. That was my last time going. Third and lastly, the cleanliness and maintenance of the laundry mat is horrible and disgusting. I almost slipped on a dryer sheet twice, my clothes became full of pet hairs after using the xL dryer, and on top of that my clothes came out smelling like piss, and im a very clean person. It could be that they just want to make it a cash grab, or maybe they dont have enough workers, or maybe some other reason, but scamming people out of their money and wasting people's time is no way to run a business. ( and dont even think about replying to my review with an ai copy and paste response, claiming that you will try your best to resolve the issue, because there are hundreds of reviews here saying the same thing and nothing has been changed whatsoever. )

No soap, coin machines keep gobbling up loonies without activating the powerwash. It looks very sketchy now as even the floormat clips on the wall are all broken. It was a bit disappointing and very inconvenient that the WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ and $1 coins. The DRYERS and Triple Load WASHERS ONLY ACCEPT 25¢ coins. But They have a functioning Change dispensing machine on site. Also, there are no instructions or guides on how to use each type of machine (especially the triple load washers). So, a first time user will be super confused. This isn't helped by the lack of staff on site. They have a secure Free WiFi and a TV that's on sometimes - though the channels are not my taste. There were brooms around to allow you clean up after yourself. Helpful. They also have a soap, bleach and softener dispenser on site (at extra cost). Along with a snack and soda machine. Just pray it doesn't steal your coins. I can't recommend the business because in addition to a few issues above, the owner is a little inappropriate or disrespectful in attitude when they do show up. Not a good thing considering the laundry is located in a religious Jewish neighbourhood with families. They recently added professional laundry/dry-cleaning services where you submit your clothes to the staff and they do a professional wash.

The woman who picked up was rude in that lazy, I don't give a shit attitude as she asked me which coin laundry I was in. After telling her she said that it first didn't work and then that it was taken away because people were abusing it. The inconsistency of her story convinced me that it was never available at this location. When I highlighted that they were advertising as having wifi online she acted disinterested and informed me that it was no problem. I guess I wouldn't have had as much of a problem with this if I a) hadn't been lied to and b) was treated like shot when I asked about it. THIS GUY ASSAULTS WOMAN…read more I entrusted this business with the alterations for my wedding dress, expecting professional service for one of the most important garments I will ever own. Unfortunately, after the alterations were not completed properly the first time, I had to return for a second appointment. Before I even had the opportunity to try my dress on, I noticed a large tear on the front of it--just two weeks before my wedding. Rather than taking responsibility or offering an appropriate resolution, the business refused to accept accountability. I requested a refund for the alteration services and compensation for my damaged wedding dress, as it had been ruined while in their care. Instead, I was told that if they compensated me for the dress, they would keep it. Given the circumstances, I felt this was unreasonable. I did not have enough time to purchase a new wedding dress before my wedding, and I should not have been expected to pay for alterations that resulted in my dress being damaged. The situation then escalated. The owner told me to "get the fuck out" of the store, refused to return my dress, and threatened to slap me. I immediately contacted the police. It was only after the police became involved that the business finally agreed to compensate me. This experience was incredibly distressing and unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before trusting this business with important or sentimental garments.

On Easter Monday the owner/worker called to say, your jacket ruined all the clothes I washed it with". My husband calmly tried to understand what happened. They said that the black lapel and black trim ran and ruined the tuxedo jacket as well as other customers clothing. The next day my husband went to pick it up, the man was irate and essentially blamed my husband for this outcome. A few days later, I called to see how this can be resolved but all I got was hostility. I was told the following; "whoever made this tuxedo jacket is a complete idiot". "We are not responsible for any clothing damages and not liable for this". I reiterated by asking, so you hold no liability for customers items if damaged?" He answered, "Yes". "We've been in business for xx years & this hardly happens". To which I asked, "so this is not the first time you've washed and bled clothing, wouldn't you have an understanding of how ho process this tuxedo jacket"? I stayed calm to hope there may be a solution or agreement to fix this but the man just became frustrated with the situation then hung up on me. Their service and attitude is 100% garbage.
