Phillip spent all day going over the truck with great care and did a beautiful job. My husband, who very often, has critiques for even the nicest jobs, was so pleased with the work that was done and had NO critiques. :) Plus they were very nice and easy to work with. Nikki responded immediately with a quote and the final price was more than fair considering there was more to clean than I thought was needed. (We have a shedding dog that the back seat cover didn't completely eliminate when we removed it prior to detailing job.) These folks are highly recommended and we will call them for upkeep and maintenance.

Since we live in a flood zone after the Pipeline Fire, the dirt and mud has been a nightmare!…read moreBecause of flooding, we were not able to schedule with our usual mobile detailer who comes up from Phoenix during summer months. I was happy that Phillip was willing to come up from Camp Verde, and do an autumn detail in October. My vehicle was dirty with pet hair, in addition to dirt and mud. Phillip did a really good job at a reasonable price! The only reason for four stars is that the seats still had some stains, something that the detailer we use out of Phoenix is always able to remove. Don't get me wrong though, I was happy with the results and will definitely use Phillip again and recommend his business!

I booked a detail with carpet shampooing, and the work was extremely thorough. Seats, carpets, mats, dash, console, door panels, cupholders, and windows were all cleaned with real attention to detail. The car felt fresh, clean, and comfortable afterward. This was for my parents' car, and the goal was to make it nice enough that my mom would enjoy driving it again -- and she was genuinely happy with the result. 5 Stars - OCD Obsessive Car Detailing did an exceptional job…read moreI just got back from a brutal seven-hour road trip and my car was absolutely disgusting -- front end, grille, hood, windshield, and side mirrors all caked with splattered bugs and road grime. I honestly didn't even want to look at it. When they finished, my car looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor. Not a single spot, not a speck of dust inside or out -- pristine. More than I ever could have asked for. I'm a perfectionist, and I don't expect anyone to be perfect with my car... but I literally cannot find a single thing they missed. It's absolute perfection from top to bottom. The name "OCD Obsessive Car Detailing" isn't just clever -- it's 100% accurate. These guys are the real deal. Eric was punctual and even waited for me when needed. He was extremely communicative -- probably sent me ten messages and replied super quickly the whole time. Just an all-around good businessperson who clearly cares about his customers and takes real pride in his work. Quick note: I saw a couple one-star reviews from folks who never actually had any work done by them -- probably just trolls. My experience was the complete opposite. If you're in Prescott Valley or the surrounding area and want your car (or truck) looking absolutely brand-new again, do yourself a favor and call Eric at OCD Obsessive Car Detailing. You won't just be happy -- you'll be impressed. I know I am. Highly, highly recommend. These guys are the kind of professionals you want to support and come back to again and again.
