Lori also stepped in and helped with a lot of the little things that needed to be done. They stayed in constant contact. Just this past week I had a little fender bender and Lori was not only concerned but also gave me my options. After I choose what I wanted to do, she went ahead and filed my claim. Then contacted the body shop so I could get an estimate. After I got that done, she arranged contact for a rental.
