We have dealt with Jody, and several other of her staff over the years. They are friendly, super responsive, meticulous in their follow up to make sure things are moving along and we are satisfied. Her office sends automated calls when there is a large forecasted storm that may produce damage, flooding, power outages, etc. While some people may consider that type of call "spam" or annoying, I love the fact that Jody has a proactive enough mindset to think when those calls are appropriate - and reassuring. When we recently purchased a new home, Pat was patient in explaining everything to us, responding to mortgage company requests, and quoting different coverage levels. We live about an hour from Davies insurance and I'm sure there are 100 Allstate agents between here and there...but we are intentional about staying with Davies!
