They responded right away and I got it scheduled. We had to adjust the timing a couple of times, but they were responsive and accommodating throughout. Shai showed up and did a great job on the cleaning. There was a small discrepancy between the price I was quoted and what he had on hand, so I flagged it and showed him my conversation with their sales rep.
