I normally take care of bug sprays around the house myself but last year, we had a really crazy ant infestation that I couldn't figure out why or find the source until I desperately reached out to DM. They came out the same day and identified the source was coming from my neighbor's tree(s) (one out front and one in the back corner adjacent to our yard). Being that my neighbor are older, we just decided to take care of it for them for our own sanity. The same neighbor just told me the other day, "no wonder, I didn't have any ant problems this whole year" after I had told them we had hired DM to keep the ant problems at bay since last year. We were not aware they were a termite/pest company, NOT a stucco company. First, they did not notify us that they were coming. Our drywall was exposed on the interior because of water damage. They started working on the wall and poured hot tar and debris into our home. Thank god we had plastic set up. Afterwards, it rained and we noticed the stucco was not preventing the water intrusion. A different contractor came and told us it was not even stucco they used, it was some sort of clay. This company did stucco work all over our community. It is horrifying that they are doing unlicensed work.

I asked for someone else because Tim is unreliable. So she set me up with Thomas between 3-5pm. I requested to leave work early to be ready for Thomas and I get a text from Thomas at 11:30Am the day of my inspection appointment: "Good Afternoon , my name is tommy with Terminix. I will be your inspector. I would like to reschedule you for Monday" I let him know the following:  "Hello. It's ok. This is the 3rd rescheduled response I've gotten. The first 2 were from Tim.  Appreciate you reaching out.  Take care. " Thomas replies:"What time Monday is good for you? I'll put you as priority " Termix. Your people are full of it.
