I love coming here but I do hate how when I say I'm going wait for pinky the daughter and lady in…read morethe last chair always look at me weird or annoyed and start talking in their language. What they dont know is I was a loyal customer to my last eyebrow lady (7 years)and she butchered my eyebrows then after I went too 3 different ladies and the last lady made my brows so thin which traumatized me until my cousin said to try pinky which I've been going to the past almost 2 years every 2 weeks faithfully. I have also sent 5 different new loyals to them. I feel like everyone has a favorite eyebrow go to so they shouldn't act annoyed because it happens and I'm sure I'm not the only one with a "traumatizing" experience who prefer one better then the other only from past experiences. Yes I've went to the daughter but overall I just feel comfortable with the mom which is no disrespect to them cause as I put I have sent FIVE new people to them one being my sister. Update. Do not leave an honest review and then come bk here because they will retaliate. As I came the daughter right away started talking in their language and mentioned "review" like 5 times all while they were staring at me and giving me dirty looks which NEVER has happened prior to my review. During my service the mom who I did like going to got my nose then ended up messing my eyebrows up and left them so uneven ! After I was done she then gave me a tissue WITH the string she used to thread my eyebrows and was beyond rude and couldn't even hide it. I am NEVER coming bk here again!!!!!!!! Shame on you guys for being upset over an honest review !!!!!!!!!!!!

She is very friendly and accommodating. It's first come first serve. The process takes only a few minutes so there's hardly any wait even if there's customers ahead of you. Most of the time there's no wait at all. There are other services available such as those found in a typical hair salon. Eye lash extensions-6/21/18 I was very happy with the eye lash service. It was my first time getting extensions. Gracie was so nice and she did a great job in my opinion. She had me remove the mascara I had on with a solution she provided before she added the extensions. There is a room in the back of the salon where the application is done for added privacy. There was a little chair right next to where I was for my 2 yr old to sit while she waited. I thought the price was reasonable. It's $35 for the initial extensions and then touch ups range from $5-$15 depending on the amount needed. She said they could last about 3 weeks depending on how well I took care of them. We'll have to see how long they last. Overall, I was quite pleased with the experience. 6/28/18- so as of today I only have 2 little lash extensions left. I was really hoping they would last more than a week. In this case you get what you pay for. I'm ok with that. I did do quite a bit of swimming so I'm sure that was a factor. I didnt realize the potential damage that eyelash extensions have on the natural eyelashes. The glue from the fake ones adheres to the natural ones and can pull them off in the process of falling out!

She was also very rude when I tried explaining what I wanted. If you try to argue that she made a mistake then she'll just giggle and say she didn't. I work in customer service and the number one rule is to listen to the customer. I would give this place ZERO stars but since I have to rate it something I'm gonna give it one since it is probably one of the only places in Selma that you can go to for eyebrow threading. Nonetheless, the owners should really think about hiring a new threading lady or speaking to their current one about how to properly do her work. I am sure she has some potential if she tried.

First time it was around a rating out of 3.0 out of five but now it's below par. The Indian chick seems nice but very quiet. But her work speaks for itself, and it spoke that, "I am lazy".
