My experience with All Under the Sun Estate Sales was excellent. They did everything they said they would, there were no surprises, and the proceeds were better than I expected and delivered only a few days after the sale with a good accounting of all the sales. I'm very happy that I chose this company to handle this for me. One thing I would recommend for anyone shopping for this type of service - read the contract before you decide who to go with. At the end of the day it's the contract that dictates the terms and not what the nice salesperson may have told you. You would be surprised what is in some of these contracts. The contract from All Under the Sun was very straightforward and reasonable.

I attended an estate sale hosted by Imperial Estate Sales in Sun City West on July 31, 2026, and…read morespent approximately $400. Based on my experience that day, I initially believed I had found a company whose sales I would continue attending. While I felt some items were priced higher than I expected, many others represented good value, and I was pleased with several of my purchases. Unfortunately, my experience changed because of an issue involving a patio set. I purchased what I understood to be the long patio table with six chairs, which was marked at $250. I explained that my son-in-law would not be able to pick it up until August 1, and I was assured that would not be a problem. Jenn's assistant even walked outside with me and placed a blue "sold" tape on the table I had selected while I watched. Due to another commitment, which Jenn was aware of, I was unable to accompany my son-in-law when he picked up the furniture on August 1. Later that day, when I arrived home excited to arrange it on my patio, I was shocked to discover that I had received a small octagonal table instead of the long table I believed I had purchased. I immediately called Jenn and left a voicemail. After not receiving a return call, I sent a text message, and she then called me back. She explained that the small table was the one priced at $250 because the chairs rock, and that the long table had actually been priced at $200 because the chairs don't rock. Since the company has a no-refund policy, there was little point in arguing. I fully respect a business's right to establish such a policy. However, I remain completely confident that the sold tag was placed on the long table I selected. I specifically watched as it was marked because I wanted to be certain there would be no confusion. The table I ultimately received is not the one I believed I had purchased, nor is it one I would have chosen, as I specifically needed the longer table for my intended use. Whether this resulted from a misunderstanding or an error, I was disappointed that no effort was made to resolve the situation. Because of that experience, I have decided I will not attend future sales hosted by this company. That is especially unfortunate because, based on my first impression, I had every intention of becoming a loyal customer. As a side note, I personally know the homeowners who hired the estate sale company. This was not a sale due to a death; they had simply moved out of state and hired the company to conduct the sale. News travels fast around Sun City and Sun City West, no matter what news it is, good or bad, because people attend a lot of events, so I'm saddened by my personal experience.

At the young age of 7, even HE had an appreciation for all of the AMAZING items on display!! If you have never been to an auction, you MUST experience one!!! It should be on everyone's bucket list for sure!!! If you prefer, you can bid online for one or many of their unique and amazing items!! The owners are TRUE GEMS!! We just attended a presentation called Eddie Eagle, a program designed to teach children gun safety. The event was FREE and they went ALL OUT!! The program is fun and educational for the kids!! There were discussions and demonstrations and a fun video. They even arranged for the mascot Eddie Eagle to make an appearance! There were officers and a firefighter in attendance and the kids absolutely had a BLAST!! The kids all gathered in the front and sang and danced the motions to the song about gun safety after viewing the video!! In the end, they each got called up individually and got a certificate of completion and even a picture with Eddie Eagle!! And then pizza was served!!! The love and caring shown by these owners was so unexpected!! Not only did they open their doors to strangers in an effort to educate the kids about gun safety, they had chairs and tables set up and even had the video of Eddie Eagle ready to rock and roll!! Upon entry, the kids received a 24 pack of crayons and a activity pack related to Eddie Eagle. That was so generous!! Speaking of generous, the owners provided hot pizza, cold juice boxes, water bottles and cookies at the end of the presentation for the adults, children and first responders that were present!! WOW, what other business owner gives of their time and spends their dollars to offer this kind of community service these days?? These guys are genuine caring, kind and involved people in their community!!! KUDOS to this place!!!
