He replaced the line that was leaking, but instead of just putting it back how it was (in an awkward position that possibly caused the leak to start with), he fixed the pipes so the water line would fit better. Also, when he arrived he was prepared with inside shoes and took his shoes off without me having to ask (some might not care about that, but it matters to me and shows courtesy) :) Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work and friendly, professional service.

Floor was wet for 12 hours after install. He never once said sorry or apologized to me. I had to go through multiple numbers to get ahold of someone that would actually come back and finish the job. Kevin was nice and cleaned up the other guys mess. After reading some of these other reviews I'm not sure how they stay in business. Highly recommend looking somewhere else for your plumbing needs! I tried replacing the thermocouple due to the fact that the pilot light would go out. In some cases, not relight at all. My wife relayed this information to the "technician." The guy arrives and goes and relights the pilot. He then called it good and left. My wife informed him that I had replaced the thermocouple, and he said something along the lines of " well, that must've fixed it." He then said that if there's any further issues, to call them back. Obviously, that didn't work because the pilot light went out again. My wife tried calling them, and no answer. She left a message, to which there was no response. I ended up going to Menards and getting a thermostat/ gas valve and installed it. That did the trick. My wife called the home warranty company, and we were given a refund for the service call. I recommend using another plumbing company, as these guys are a joke.
