I was super excited to see chocolate items on the menu because that's more my speed when it comes to smoothies. I ordered the HIIT chocolate cinnamon smoothie, and it was delicious. It was almost more of a milkshake than it was a smoothie, which is probably why I loved it so much. It was filling because of the protein powder, and it could have been a meal. I will definitely have to go back to try a fruity smoothie to see if I like those too. It's so nice because it is next to the gym, and will be a new after gym pickup for me when I'm in a bind. Prices are a little high, but a small is pretty big! So you're paying about $6 for a small that is most definitely more like a medium. I'll be back again soon for sure.

The inside is fairly spacious with a pretty cute nautical theme. The protein bowl was a thicker consistency than we expected but it wasn't bad and it was pretty filling. Really the only con is that the bowls and smoothies can be a little pricey but the price of fruit and groceries has gone up so it's to be expected.

They only carry Ultra-Pasteurized Organic Milk, which doesn't taste as good as plain pasteurized. The only benefit to Ultra-Pasteurization is to increase shelf life. Also, I recently bought a container of Cole Slaw from the prepared foods bar. The container was only about 3/4 full and the price was $9.47, which is ridiculously overpriced. The Cole Slaw tasted horrible, seriously, the worst Cole Slaw I ever ate. Lastly, I hate those yellow sale signs. They are so deceiving because you think you are getting a sale price, but when you get to the register, you pay a higher price if you are not a prime member. Ever since Amazon took over Whole Foods, they just aren't as good as they used to be. Meh, No Cheers!

Fresh Thyme is not our favorite grocery store, but we sometimes like to pop in here to see the different foods.
