Now I have a claim with my insurance. could have been avoided if part had been put on to begin with. Now I have a real mess. But they are ok, they cashed the $100 check . They did come out, but did nothing to help me or at least have the courtesy to call me and tell me that they didn't want to work with me so I could get another company in a timely manner...

They claimed to have sent out a mass email a month ago notifying all their customers of this possible issue, I never viewed it and no follow-up was ever sent. After meeting with the sales representative, Andy Fazzina, I was impressed with his amount of knowledge and experience in the solar field.They were also the best priced company compared to others. I signed up at the end of the meeting with hopes that they would follow through on what they were selling. From then on out, the process could not have been smoother. Roof inspection, solar layout plan for the best production, then posigen getting all the proper permits went quickly and without issues. Then, the installation team was professional and got the job completed in a day and a half. All in all, it took from 6/20 to 7/29 from the initial meeting to being hooked up and producing. I have consistently produced more power than I have used and can continue to bank the credits for the winter months. Every step of the way, Andy has been available by phone and in person on the big days for any and all questions I had along the way.
