I was both impressed with her sense of style and her professionalism. The process started with her visiting our home to get a general sense of our style and to interview us about the project. She asked thoughtful questions and took detailed measurements of our current space. With a short time we had the initial designs and was surprised how close to the mark they were. I was expecting a number of rounds of back and forth before we got to that point so it showed she really had an understanding of our priorities and style. Since this was our first project, and I'm a very detail oriented person, I had a lot of questions and really wanted to understand everything about the process. She was patient and prompt when answering my questions and going over the details, sometimes repeatedly. I really appreciated that because I know we weren't her biggest client. I was also impressed with her taking the initiative and working with our general contractor to make sure we where all on the same page. This lessened my stress level knowing that things were going to plan. I couldn't recommend Maegan and team enough and am excited to start working with them on our new kitchen!

It was really great to be able to see the design in CAD along the way, and Ella and Sheldon were very patient with showing us different options during our decision-making process. I loved that Nico was very trustworthy and I never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us, like some contractors will do. He was always very open and honest about the process. Of course, some things come up along the way with a project as big as ours (2-story addition plus renovating entire existing house), no matter how much planning goes in. But there were always conversations with Nico about everything and I always felt like we were treated fairly and with respect. After our project was complete, EN has always been very responsive, always coming to fix any issue. This has continued well after the project has ended. They truly stand by their work and I can't say enough good things about their team.

Sheldon was super helpful when I developed decision fatigue and guided me in directions that fit my budget and preferences. He was nonjudgmental and really listened to my wants. With big projects such as mine, there is expected settling after a project finishes and they were very good at following up and making any necessary repairs or touch-ups. As a new homeowner, this was especially helpful as I settled into my new home! Thank you for making my dream home!

Steve, the co-owner, was most patient and thorough in accommodating our needs, including drainage and lighting, and helping us think through the design and materials. The price was reasonable. JD, the project manager, was great, keeping us abreast of what was going on as the project proceeded. The crew--Jesse and Randal, Robert and Anthony--were likewise a pleasure to work with. The end product is a pleasure to look at, eliciting many positive comments from neighbors and thumbs-up from passers by.

This review concerns only my experience with Pacific Patio's bidding process. The proposal I received did not include any meaningful detail about the materials that would be used. When I asked specific questions--such as whether the support posts would be steel or aluminum--the salesperson refused to answer. Instead, he responded sarcastically, "Do you want me to tell you what kind of bolts we're going to use?" My answer is yes. The materials matter. The type of bolts, fasteners, posts, and other structural components affects the durability and safety of the finished product. Lower-quality hardware may perform differently under wind loads and over time, so it's reasonable for a customer to know what is being proposed. I repeatedly asked for a list of the materials that would be used, but the salesperson would not provide one. Without that information, I had no meaningful way to compare Pacific Patio's proposal with competing bids. Just as importantly, I would have had no clear basis for holding the contractor accountable if different materials were substituted during the project. The salesperson also became increasingly dismissive as I continued asking for this information. That lack of transparency and professionalism led me to award the project--worth approximately $100,000--to another contractor. I'm sharing this experience so that prospective customers know to ask for a detailed written description of the materials included in any proposal before making a decision.
