I found a super cute top on sale but the dress I fell in love with was something I didn't want to spoil myself with right after Xmas. I mentioned to the stylist to call me if it ever went on sale as I was leaving. And Gia, the stylist, text me about an hour later saying they added it to the sale rack. Now THIS is customer service. Everything in the store is cute and fun, and there is a wide variety of items. Pieces you could easily use for business casual or something to stand out of the crowd. I will definitely be going back to this shop. Bonus: easy parking! They have a lot right in front of the store.

The store was much larger than I thought it would be from the outside. So I'm torn between 3 & 4 stars. While the clothes were cute (what I saw of them), I experienced some the rudest fellow customers here that I've ever seen. Cut off when trying to enter the store....yep, do I look like the doorperson? Try to walk past...nope. Try to get a salesperson's attention to ask a question...nope. I give up.

They had a great assortment from Good American and Madewell, with a good range of sizes and styles to choose from. So yay because I needed a pair of jeans because the weather was much cooler than I'd packed for. The dress section, however, felt a bit repetitive. Lots of the same styles, so not a ton of variety there. One thing that really stood out was the shoe section, especially if you're a size 10. There was a very large selection, which isn't always easy to find. Overall, a solid stop if you're looking for quality denim and shoes, but also know that it's Nordstrom Rack so options will always vary.

Then there's the ridiculous attempt at tricking you into signing up for a Nordstrom credit card. Why would anyone sign up for a Nordstrom credit card? At checkout they ask you, do you want to join? They say, it's 60% off today. If you say, sure. I'll join as long as there's no charge. They say there's no charge, then they start signing you up for a credit card. Although it's not it should be illegal. As long as you don't join anything, sign up for anything, or elect any credit cards, the prices here are reasonable.

Shoes, costume jewelry, perfumes, under clothing... You get the picture. One half of the store is Plus Size & the other non-plus/regular sizes, inclusive of petites. Trendy, fast, must have finds, often can aid in running up your total beyond your budget point, but I say if you see it, make the sacrifice & get it because things here don't last. Dressing rooms are available on both halves of the store for your convenience. Also, give them your cell number & they sign you up for mobile alerts. This is super cool because they send coupons & advise you of sales & the like. Parking is ehhhhh a little tricky because although it's a shared lot & one would think parking spaces would be plentiful... it's not the case in this event, here it's very cramped because of several other retailers being housed in this strip mall. The parking struggle is worth the trip, for the added bonus to your swag & your wallet!!!

There was hand sanitizer mounted on the wall readily available for customers to use. There were also signs posted on the glass door indicating for customers to wear face masks due to COVID 19 pandemic. The clothes on display, shoes, purses and other merchandise was outstanding. It was beautiful. I was able to purchase two pairs of sandals and a purse. The environment was extremely friendly. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and loving. The clothes line was appealing. So a trip to their store on my New Orleans trip was a must on my to-do list. I ended up stopping by three times and left with 3 gorgeous dresses and a pair of earrings. Tami helped me out on my last visit and she was such a sweetheart! She not only helped me out with picking out dresses, but we talked history, travel, architecture, vintage - everything! She also gave me the sweetest hug and wished me safe travels on my way out - I felt like i was leaving behind a friend even though we had just met. I love genuine connections and people like her.
