BUYER BEWARE - READ THE FINE PRINT (IF YOU CAN FIND IT)…read more Ridiculous policies. Will shop other stores instead. Had a bad experience here a couple years ago, but tried to give it a second chance this week. I've now been burned twice, and I will not be spending anymore money here. Sad, because it does have cute stuff and it's in my neighborhood. In 2022, I purchased a clothing item for my son on black Friday. Everything in the store was discounted 20% or so that day, including full-priced items. This sale was announced verbally to customers as they shopped in the store. I purchased overalls (discounted to $70) in a 3T for my son who was wearing size 2T in most brands. Unfortunately, they were too tight to pull over his legs. When I tried to exchange for a larger size THE VERY NEXT MORNING, the owner said it could not be exchanged because I had purchased the item "on sale" on black Friday. Meanwhile, the other size was just sitting on the rack... and this policy was not announced at the time of my purchase! Had I known there was a no-exchange policy, I would not have purchased the silly overalls for my toddler! It was meant to be a fun purchase at a local store, a little splurge during the holiday break. There was no customization or monogram. What a waste of money! I felt like a sucker and hoped that I'd have a second kid who could fit into them someday. Last week, I purchased several items from the store for my child while he was at school. Because of my previous experience, I asked the cashier if the items could be returned if they didn't fit, as the items were all full price. She said yes, they can be returned. Today, I took two items into the store to return them, and another cashier said they only offer store credit, no refunds. I explained that I had asked about returns at the time of purchase, and the other employee said they could be returned. She just said "sorry the other person didn't explain it to you, that's the store policy". I scanned the room to see if I had missed a large and obvious sign explaining this policy for every item in the store. After several glances, I finally noticed the TINY sign next to some gift cards explaining the no-refunds policy. There are other local stores that offer the same brands, but don't make me feel foolish for shopping with them. (One of them is only a block away.) There is no need to be so stressed out shopping for little kid clothes! I will take my money elsewhere.

A cute, fun place to shop, where everything is alluring. I brought my Mom and she spent time…read morelooking at every single item in the store, she was so charmed. Boys and girls are covered here, all of it is quality.

The store was great, a lot of good products, pricing was what you would expect, not overpriced for…read morethe items. Unfortunately, he was pretty rude and wouldn't let my partner try on a crop top because "men destroy the merchandise when they try on women's clothes." My boyfriend is very small, and can fit into me and my mothers clothing (women's s-xs) and the crop top was quite large but he was adamant that since it was a women's shirt it would not fit. We are both alternative, and when we walk into an alternative store we didn't expect for masculine people to not be allowed to try the women's clothing. He also said something to me about how the shorts I was buying were for men. Seemed weirdly conservative on who bought what clothes. Mildly disappointing.

Don't waste your time coming here, every review about the owner being a condescending jerk is true…read moreand then some. Took my brother to the store and him being a younger kid he was excited and took his time looking around and I guess the 'owner' didn't want business that day because he said under his breath several times 'can you please get the ____ out'. He also answers questions with a rhetorical idiotic response such as 'you should have gone to a concert' to an obviously younger teenage kid about a band who hasn't played a live concert in decades ? The last straw was his beat up raggedy sticker book that he insisted we flip through page by page as to not ruin the pages, just to flip through the book himself, aggressively rip out a page and blame it on my brother. When I asked if he was the owner and he said yes I told him he was extremely rude and unwelcoming and he immediately called me a fata** multiple times and told me to leave, as I was walking out. Needless to say someone is bitter that the only rock and roll dream they got to live out is selling used tshirts and merch and wants to ruin the experience for everyone else. Roadkill is up the street, with similar merchandise, way better vibes and workers who actually engage with you and are happy you're there.
