While the facility and equipment are actually pretty good, the environment is absolutely terrible. If you're someone who likes to come in, focus on your workout, and leave -- don't waste your time here. This place is more of a social hangout than a gym. People stand around talking, taking up space and equipment, with zero gym etiquette. Some people are very disrespectful as well and will pretend you don't exist and taunt you while you're waiting for equipment to open up or intentionally getting in your path when walking to get dumbbells. If you're serious about fitness, expect to be treated like you're the problem. To make matters worse, I was threatened with violence by another member. I reported the incident, and new management did absolutely nothing. Not even after a conversation. Apparently, if someone harasses or threatens you, you're expected to just deal with it -- especially if you're fit and not part of the little social clique that runs the place. And yes, there is definitely a judgmental, self-righteous culture here that seems to take pride in it. I was targeted for how I dressed and what I represent -- all because I don't fit their preferred narrative. The manager was accusatory, dismissive, and completely unwilling to hear my side. Instead, he played mental gymnastics to make it seem like I was the issue. Totally unprofessional and spineless. I was also told to "Figure it out." about my refund in a very disrespectful and snarky manner. I will be reporting this to the corporate office. Bottom line: this gym might have decent equipment, but the toxic, petty, and frankly hostile culture makes it not worth your time. If you value respect, safety, and a focused workout environment -- steer clear. Horrible, disgusting experience.

The $9.99 per month membership does not include the classes so I signed up for the top tier at $29.99 a month. Definitely doable. Sadly though, the early morning and Friday HIIT classes were cancelled almost immediately after I joined, due to lack of participation. Lucky for me, my work schedule allows me to take the classes at 930am M-T. They also offer them at 6p. Carolyn is the HIIT trainer on the weekdays. I like her style, she's bubbly and motivational and I usually work up a good sweat. I've taken Traci's class on Saturdays, which is very intense. The HIIT zone has all the stuff...Pylo boxes, Battle Ropes, Pull Downs, Bar Jack, Slam Balls, Medicine Balls, etc. Crunch offers spin classes as well as several others. Aerobics, Zumba, All Out Athlete, Chisel, to name a few. I did a couple with Ruth and they were brutal, in a great way. I think the gym has every piece of work out equipment one could ever want, EXCEPT for the Smith Machine, which I really like if I'm lifting because I simply feel safer. The ONLY reason I'm giving Crunch 4 stars instead of 5 is that one day I asked for help understanding a machine and I was kind of brushed off. My fault for not being a little more assertive, being that I pay to play there, Because I came in for the classes and didn't ask for more, that's where I'm at. I'll work it out. All in all, I am enjoying Crunch and the HIIT Zone, even on days when I can't show up for class.

I have worked in several gyms so I really know what to do, but I needed the motivation to have personal trainer. When my agreement was up for the year, I signed up for another year, but did not sign up for personal training. Unfortunately, I had been going out of town all the time because my brother has been very ill and in and out of the hospital with end stage emphysema. Months went by and I wasn't able to use the gym because I was in Pennsylvania. Then come to find out they kept charging my account outrageous amounts and when I called, they said it was for personal training. I told them I never signed up for personal training and they insisted that I did. I I told them over and over again and even dropped off a letter to them stating I never signed up for the personal training only for the membership. I even wrote cease and desists letters. So I do not owe them money for personal training. I even have documentation to show that I was out of town the date that Brandon signed the contract. Because it was not me and it was not my signature on the contract that they showed me. Again, I have disputed this over and over again and they don't care. I wrote letters to them, I contacted my credit card company and reported it as fraud. They still say I owe them money. I have informed them that he forged the contract. That I would never sign up for a years worth of personal training. Especially with my brother being sick. The most I've ever signed up for at any gym was three months.. Because I know what to do with the equipment and I know the programs I need to use from working at gyms. These gyms include the Ymca, MAC, Sport & Health Club and i helped open a Cross Fit. It's appalling that this has not only happened to me but to others. They are taking me to court for the $250 that I DO NOT OWE. I have no problem filing a counter suit and I intend on fighting this in court. I do not sign my name with a squiggly line. Any company that allows this to happen is not trustworthy and should be shut down. Not to mention that Brandon (Brendon) should be charged with forgery.

The space is always bright, welcoming, and full of positive energy--it truly makes me want to work out. RJ and Micaleb (forgive me if I'm misspelling her name) were fantastic. They acknowledged me right away with genuine, bright smiles, which immediately set the tone for a great class. Their warmth and professionalism really stands out and makes such a difference, especially after a long day. It was also wonderful to see that the manager , RJ is still so excited and passionate about the studio. His energy is contagious, and he is truly a delight. And I have to give a special shout-out to the instructor, Rasnaim. He made the class extra special with a challenging workout, and he somehow makes it fun at the same time. You leave feeling accomplished, stronger, and energized. The classes always leave me feeling more balanced and refreshed--both physically and mentally. Club Pilates has created an environment that is motivating, supportive, and uplifting. Highly recommend!
