This company kept sending me request to attend their retirement dinner workshop. So, finally I…read moreaccepted the invitation from Kimberly Andersen, on July 8, 2021. Shortly after receiving confirmation for July 15, 2021, via my email and to add to my calendar, I did so. Next I received a phone call to confirm, and another email to confirm. The morning of July15, 2021, received a voicemail to confirm before 10:00 A.M., WHICH I DID, WE ARE COMING! Since we recently moved to this area, on our way for this 6:00 p.m. event, we got lost, and arrived 10 minutes late. We were greeted by the nice host at FireRock Steakhouse, 5990 Centennial Center Blvd, Las Vegas, NBV 89149. The restaurant host summoned Ms. Kim, who took her sweet nasty time to come out of the room. Instead of welcoming my husband and I, she scolded us for being late and they had started the presentation. After explaining that we were lost, apologized for being late, and we are Seniors. She did not care about it one iota, just dismissed us and refused to give me her last name. Since it is very hot in Las Vegas, and we got dressed out of our busy day to hear what Wells Capital Group had to offer, this left a bad taste in my mouth. After speaking with the greeters, and hearing that Ms. Kim has been nasty to the servers every time they have had seminars there. This spoke volumes about Ms. KIm's rude and condescending behavior. The greeter went back to the room to see if she would still let us in, Kim said, NO!!!! So to make lemonade out of bitter lemons, we got a menu and had dinner at FireRock Steakhouse! Our waitress, Christine, was very nice and accommodating that we took a picture with her and met some nice guests. What we ordered was better than what they served at the workshop, meat loaf, etc. So, I googled this company and found KIm's last name. She is the Director of Events/Admin Assistant, and should know how to treat all people......she missed the mark!!! I am quite sure the Founder/Wealth Advisor, Tanner Wells would not like this to be a representative of his company. I am looking for an apology from this company for wasting our time, and to not let this happen to anyone else. Please treat ALL people with respect, Ms. Kimberly Anderson, or perhaps take a course in customer service. Connie Hickerson

The time we were here with an appointment we were seen within minutes of our appointment time. Service was very good; had all of our questions answered; and the process thoroughly explained to us. The second visit we also received very good customer service. I've called many times (with many questions) and sometimes can get through to speak with a representative within a couple of minutes, while other times I'm on hold with several people ahead of me (approx. 10 minute wait when that happens). The second time we were there, a couple was there before us and had been waiting approx. 45 minutes (overheard their conversation; for something in which no appt. is required) and they were getting frustrated with waiting. The lady at the counter apologized and said that phone calls receive priority and once the incoming calls subside, a rep can help them. A couple of minutes later they were seen. I thought that was odd protocol. Typically it's the other way around (walk ins first). We also waited approximately 45 minutes for assistance. I would have liked to have made an appointment for the services we needed, but it felt no different than waiting to see a doctor, so we just played on our cell phones to pass the time. Once we were seen, the transaction went smoothly as we had brought everything we needed to submit. So far my transactions with PERS I've received professional and efficient service.
