KSB claims I used an old insurance card for an appointment, but I made numerous calls to help them figure out the billing issues. KSB waited until AFTER a year to address the issue, and when they did, they mailed me a generic letter telling me that my insurance was requesting more info. I called my insurance, and they didn't know anything about it. I used the correct insurance card BEFORE AND AFTER the visit I supposedly used an old card. Due to the fact that KSB waited over a year to address it, they could not refile (or file it an actual first time!) because it was over a year + 1 day old. I had to pay over $900 out of pocket due to their crappy billing practices and for their failure to attempt to fix it despite NUMEROUS calls from myself. I will NEVER use ANY services from KSB medical group again. I will die trying to make it to a different hospital before I allow KSB to save me.

I was delighted by the staffs professionalism and friendly, yet very professional. I'm sure some patients gonna be a real handful, so I definitely recommend coming here for the CDLDOT you have to check in and do paperwork on your phone or they have a tablet and your appointment time doesn't guarantee that specific time but it guarantees you a spot, so just keep that in mind and be patient.

This hospital has EXTREMLY poor communication. Was told I had to do a COVID screening test a day…read moreprior to a scheduled surgery. Got there, waited in line at registration for 10 to 15 minutes, finally check-in, they advised to proceed up to the 2nd floor waiting room by the lab. Sat there for 10 minutes. Then lab tech comes out to tell me COVID screenings are no longer required. KSB is a 30 minute drive 1 way. So I was on the road for an hour, plus time wasted in the registration line and time waiting in LAB waiting room. This was also time taken from my job. I felt this was total irresponsibility and neglect of the hospital. The registration desk should have been advised screenings were no longer needed, and/or the Dr. that ordered it in the first place should have been advised and called me. This was at the main Dixon location, but the Oregon satellite office is just as bad. If you leave a message at Oregon, don't expect a call back for at least 3 days if you are lucky enough to even get a call back!

Doctor gives me an IV with a steroid and another with an antibiotic. Leaves for two hours with no explanation of how long I will be here or what I'm waiting for. Nurse comes in and says sip this water. I came here because I cannot swallow!! CGH next ER visit.
