It's a factory with people who are not interested in good results just fast ones. They are rude to the kids and unwilling to help camera shy kids get more comfortable and one person actually snapped at us we when we asked for a different size top because it didn't fit. The people at the front desk are rude and unwilling to help with extra questions. They only allow appointments to be made online and wouldn't help with scheduling over the phone or in person. The packages are wildly over priced and the customer service over email and phone was surprisingly bad. The pricing is wild. I've never seen such high costs for such below-average work. Do not trust them to take any of your event photos. They missed capturing the handshake of my daughter's high school graduation (!!). Due to their limited operating hours, it took me 2 days to get anyone to pay attention and then I had to provide evidence that they missed it (what she was wearing and my own video from behind). Upon recognizing that they missed it, they came back with a "this is a common mistake" excuse. There was no sincerity in her tone or explanation. When I objected with the rationale that this is not a common mistake as schools would not employ them, then the manager put me on hold, came back several minutes later with a softer and kinder apology that seemed scripted (AI?) That sudden turn in her tone did not make sense to me. I asked to speak to or get a call back from the owner and then she got angry and her original tone/lack of concern came out. I will be reaching out to their staff again because as a family owned studio, I expected better. I will be informing the school as well. read more

My son had a 5:20 pm appointment, and although the studio is difficult to find and the area has heavy traffic, we left an hour early to make sure we arrived on time. Unfortunately, as soon as I walked in, I was met with hostility and rudeness from the person at the front counter. She refused to speak to me until "the student" was present, even though my son was just outside grabbing his props. When my son walked in, her tone and attitude were just as disrespectful toward him. He was so uncomfortable he couldn't even answer her, and I had to intervene. At that point, I requested to be helped by someone else because I did not want to continue dealing with her. She then threw my paperwork at her coworker and proceeded to use the same rude tone while answering the phone. We were eventually checked in, and while walking to the dressing room, another employee stopped us to apologize and even offered to reschedule the session with the props, as it seemed there was confusion. I explained what had happened, but it appeared that this behavior was not unusual to them. Based on our experience, I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone. No customer should be treated with such disrespect. This employee's behavior was unacceptable, and it needs to be addressed. read more

Boy is this place hard to find. You don't even see any signage from the street. Thank goodness for Google Maps, otherwise I would have been driving back and forth on this road wondering where this studio was located. We came here to take photos for my daughter's senior photos. This is the studio the school decided to partner with. You check in at the front desk and get charged a session/sitting fee. I can't recall if they informed us about the fee before arrival. The fee was $38.24. We wait for a bit and are then called into a room where you can do a last minute check of your appearance, fix your hair, makeup, etc. Then you're called into another room where the your photos are taken. Several poses are taken. The process is professional, yet a bit impersonal. They send you email notifying you when the photos are ready for viewing. You go to their website to choose the pose for the school yearbook, and also have the opportunity to order photos. Boy are they expensive! Supposedly this company took graduation ceremony pictures of students receiving their diplomas which was advertised to parents on the tickets received from the school. I excitedly went to go look to order and their site is STILL down and they aren't taking orders. I had already tried to order announcements and couldn't. This is the worst possible time of the year to have website maintenance. The website says it would be back up end of May and it's now 2 week in June. I can't believe this. Already had issues with the actual senior photos taken as well. Also their shirts they use for the senior photograph are really gross and dirty. They really need to wash them daily. So lots of COVID changes and one we never thought about is school pictures. This is one of those automatic things you get finished in the first week of school but these days its a bit more complicated. As such we took a trip to Los Gatos to get his Senior pictures taken. The studios are in an industrial park so there is plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and polite and the checkin quick and efficient. The photographer was also polite, patient, and efficient. My kid's dance studio uses this photo studio for their yearly photoshoot. There are a lot of kids, classes and a couple of studio locations and it's managed as organized and efficient as possible. The associates who work there are friendly and guides us through a super busy day. During this yearly photoshoot, it may seem chaotic so please arrive early to make sure your kiddo is ready to go as they are usually on schedule and gets groups ready. I saw the other student's pictures after the shoot and noticed my daughter's drape was not draped correctly. He also did not know how to correct her smile. Horrible experience from beginning to end. Personnel on the phone are very short with you and lack quality customer service. Perhaps because they know the high school student and parents have no other option but to use the vendor the school has chosen. We never were even given the option to have the photo shoot taken at the school. Had to go out or our way and drive to the studio for pictures. Good luck with the staff giving you appointment options or working with you. They redirect you to the website and whatever is available online, is what you get. Also, they send you an email to choose your yearbook photo once you've completed your photo shoot. However, the email is vague in steps on how to choose your photo. Also, their website is not mobile phone friendly. Once you choose your picture online, there is no way of confirming your choice unless you call the studio and speak with someone who is not interested in listening to your concern. We signed up for photos and paid for what I thought were the cost of the photos ($175). When we arrived I found out I had paid for just a sitting fee. The photographers were nice but once we received the photos online, the quality of the posing in some were not the greatest, clothes were not straight and then you are shown the pricing. WOW!! It was beyond expensive, totally a bummer because had I know it was just a sitting fee I would have done the bare minimum and went to a private photographer. Buyer Beware! We used the link provided by the school to sign up for photos and paid extra to have the Vasona shots. NOWHERE anywhere did it say that we were only paying for a sitting fee. In fact, I asked the photographer how many of the photos we got and he said "all of them". Turns out it was an extra $600 for all of them! Now I have a heartbroken teenager who liked the photos... but that's a total of $750 for 40 pictures! If I could go back I would have used a private photographer instead. Horrible service! When I went into the photo studio, no one told me that I had to manually crop my photos online before ordering them. This is the first and last time I will ever use their service. I have never in my entire life ever had to crop a photo before ordering it. What are we paying the photo studio for then? Hated both of my sons' senior pictures. Lousy poses and backgrounds. My daughter's pictures never arrived. I emailed the office letting them know and the response was "tracking says you received it" - did you? I replied no. Had I received the pictures I wouldn't be writing them. He told me the front didn't have buttons so he had to hold it together in the other pictures. They just throw the kids in front of a camera without helping the pose to make the pictures nicer. I recently went in to take my senior portraits and my photographer, Wisdom, was beyond respectful, professional, and personable. It was my retake appointment and I was nervous I wouldn't like the pictures again but he made sure I was happy with them and let me see the mirror like 50 times to make sure my hair was exactly where I wanted lol. I'm very picky about my pictures and he was so unbelievably patient he made the whole experience so lovely we were laughing and joking around the entire time and the pictures came out beautifully. For event photography, I've now used these folks twice. Both times they've been very professional, AND very accommodating. When you are in a pinch because graduation day is a few weeks way, there is only so much a professional studio can do last minute. On occasion #1, we weren't completely satisfied with how the pictures came out, be they were quick to resolve the situation and offer options to make things right. At the end, everything worked out perfectly! On occasion #2, they were the only studio willing to take on a last minute project. Announcements were ready on time and they were flawless! Overall, there is really nothing I can complain about. I could potentially whine about its location being in the cuts, but I will save that for another review. read more

We booked my daughter's senior portraits here per the school's direction and I paid extra for an outdoor shoot. The outdoor photographer asked if she had any ideas for poses and we didn't. We didn't know we should come with poses or ideas. Once that was over we headed back inside for her senior portraits with another photographer who posed her. When he was taking photos you could see them come up on the screen and at a glance they seemed fine we weren't up close and analyzing them. A few weeks later we got the link to review the photos. We were not pleased with any of the outdoor photos, they were awkward and the angles were not flattering some areas her dress was bunched up. I thought the photographer would have noticed and fixed it. I was there but i wasn't paying attention to them because I didn't want to distract my daughter. I did use the contact form online to let them know we didn't like the photos and didn't hear back from anyone. We weren't interested in a reshoot since my daughter had her make up professionally done but it would have been nice to hear from someone. Her senior portraits we so so. She didn't like any of them but I asked her to pick 2 photos for her graduation announcements. Having to pay shipping after spending a certain amount is ridiculous. But our items came quickly so there's the positive I guess. read more

My daughters (as well as probably every other parent who's kid attends every high school lined up/down Highway 85 or perhaps a majority of schools within the Santa Clara County) probably have been instructed to report to this studio for their senior portraits. If so, then they've probably monopolized the local market and are making a great deal of profit-margin in the process. Although their services, facilities, and photographer were nice to deal with at this location during the time of our sitting, my review today is going to be based on my online ordering experience and involving the company's exorbitant pricing which I feel as a consumer, really hits you with a low blow not only to your stomach but also in your wallet. Now and Forever Studios will nickel/dime you for every little side-option if you're trying to get that perfect photo. Although there are some items that the studio has no control of (see below), I still don't agree with all these image-options they charge you on the side. The studio should make every effort to provide you that near-perfect photo instead of charging the customer upfront to have these imperfections corrected in the first place. It's already 2020- Software has gotten better, faster, more efficient, which can instantly touch-up your photos with a few clicks here and there instead of employing someone to spend hours and hours meticulously trying to edit your photo to come out right just for you. Look at your cellphone- how difficult is it to make quick and simple edits to photographs and instantly post them on your favorite social media websites. Even a 10 year old can do this. Here are some of the extra charges listed on their online order page that were offered to me at the time (when selecting individual photos): Whiten Teeth- $19.99 Reduce Facial Shine- $19.99 (shine is not caused by the person's face) Minor Face Scar Removal- $19.99 (uncontrollable factor) Glass Glare Removal (Simple)- $27.99 (give the student the option to remove glasses. This isn't the 80s still- this style should no longer be in fashion) Tan Line Removal- $24.99 Yikes! If the lighting wasn't set properly during the time of the sitting, then by all means the studio should take responsibility for making these corrections on the photo rather than having the customer foot the bill to have these errors corrected. Also, word of advice for those who procrastinate like what I did: Apparently there is a window in which you need to make a purchase for your child's senior photos. If you happen to miss this window, the code for the link they provide you via email will no longer work and in order for you to retrieve these photos, you need to pay them $15 to have them "reactivate" the link. The photos in the new link are not named the same way as how they were listed on the order brochure. Seems to me they were manually selected at random. Again, it's 2020- how difficult is it to retrieve the copies of the photos and generate another access code? It's not like the photos were sent up to the mountains where someone has to use a special key and retrieve it in the same warehouse where they keep the lost covenant like that in the Indiana Jones movie. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIRING A PRIVATE PHOTOGRAPHER and *NOT* using Now & Forever. It's just a big money-making machine without any personal care or investment whatsoever in making your or your kids' pictures special. The prices are outrageously high for non-personal, non in person service. In hindsight we SO wish we had used a private local photographer for our Senior's photos. Now & Frvr is SO SO very expensive considering what you get as a customer. And for example with our senior photo, they didn't even have/use the correct color grad robe - just brushed us off by saying "our robes are better quality" (huh? it's still the wrong color for the school!!) The online order process itself is very confusing (and once again, no personal or in-person ordering allowed!) and you have to "Agree" to their disclaimer that Now & Forever is NOT responsible for mistakes!! (So they'll TAKE the photos, but won't take RESPONSIBILITY for the photos!) They don't even let you come to the studio to review photos with a real person, or ask questions, or provide any customer service (except answering brief questions on the phone only). ALSO - the customer has to EDIT THEIR OWN PHOTOS during the online ordering!!! Including cropping, editing the photo, etc. For paying literally HUNDREDS of dollars for Senior photos - this is ridiculous that the studio doesn't do cropping, editing, provide any in person customer service, or offer any assistance whatsoever. What a racket!! The Senior photo session was like an assembly line - and rushed. Back to back to back appointments and very little time allowed. It felt VERY robotic and impersonal. And, this studio doesn't even process their own photos locally! They get them from back east (so when ordering extras, we had to wait for extra shipping time). Again, a local photographer typically does their own processing and can provide better service. You will get better photos for your money, and more personalized service with a private, local, photographer. We have SO much regret for forking over HUNDREDS of dollars to this company. read more

Terrible. Pretty sure my 12 year old takes better shots. The team photo is blurry, and overexposed you can't barely make out the faces. There is only 1 shot of these available and its terrible quality. The photographer told the team he's only taking 10 photos total.....well there is 51 team members!!! If your taking some group photos or individual- all 51 should be in them. The kids were all lined up to take an individual or group picture, and low and behold... he told the kids he's done at #10. No more. There are 0nly about 21 photos in complete portfolio of the team, with many, Many kids not in any 1 shot. Many photos that have the Same Kids in them, and 2 of just One girl- same photo shot. Uh, dude,.....you have plenty of kids to choose from and since your the pro, you should be arranging the kids in the photo to get most bang for your time and the buck. You should also get some interns or someone to help you with your digital exposures....or if you don't have he time to give it your all that day, you should reschedule the appointment when you can be available to give 100%. One girls head looks photoshopped on because its way bigger then her body. poorly enhanced. Thank God we can take our own photos with our phones at events because I think all the parents and siblings have taken better. read more

My daughter made a slight mistake when she ordered her graduation photos online. When I picked up her photos, that's when I found out the mistake she made. When I told Marlene my disappointment, she was able to suggest that I can exchange the photo sizes and poses. I was happy to hear that. Thank you Marlene for your professionalism and showing a good example of customer service. I called the studio to modify the order and they wouldn't do anything to help me. Basically said I need to go back online and purchase it at full price now.
