From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable, talented, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. Planning a DIY wedding comes with plenty of stress, but Toan was hands down our easiest and favorite vendor throughout the entire process. Neither of us is naturally comfortable in front of a camera, but Toan has an incredible eye and knows exactly how to direct and pose you. He gave us simple, clear guidance that made us feel relaxed and confident, and somehow made even the least photogenic person look like a natural model. My husband and I met with many companies and photographers but couldn't find the quality we were looking for until we discovered his work--it felt like art: natural, timeless, and beautifully composed. Charles photographed our engagement session at a local park, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning. We received countless compliments on our wedding website and invitations. He was creative, professional, and made us feel completely at ease throughout the process. He guided us with poses, helped us feel confident, and knew exactly how to capture our best angles. This meant so much to us, especially since my husband and I are usually camera-shy and not comfortable with romantic poses. Before the wedding, Charles met with us to review logistics and shared helpful insights that made the day run seamlessly. Our family loved him and appreciated how efficiently he organized and captured all of our group photos. The results speak for themselves--our wedding pictures look like they came straight out of a professional magazine. The candid dance floor shots were incredible, and we were amazed by how many genuine moments he captured without us even noticing. His attention to detail in editing is outstanding. Charles was such a huge help during the wedding, offering advice, coordinating smoothly with our vendors, and ensuring everything went perfectly. We never felt stressed and fully trusted him to work his magic. It was such a thoughtful surprise to receive preview photos the day after the wedding. We truly appreciate his hard work, professionalism, and dedication to making our day unforgettable. From our engagement session to our wedding, our experience with Charles was exceptional!

I hired Joel to photograph my son's wedding reception. I had explained ahead of time that the event…read morewas in a banquet room with low lighting and lots of bright colors, and that it was important to me that he capture photos of our family as well as all the guests. In that respect, Joel did a very good job. He photographed the newlyweds, the guests, and the performances thoroughly, and he worked quietly and unobtrusively throughout the evening. However, there were very few pictures of our family. I wished he had focused on getting more family pictures. The reason I am giving a 4-star review rather than 5 is due to a lack of clarity around post-processing. It was not communicated beforehand that the photos would be largely unedited. While the lighting was adjusted, many images ended up overexposed, and there were several distracting background elements--such as podiums, backpacks, and visible wires--that I had expected would be edited out. When I asked about this, I was told that additional editing would cost extra. There was also a lot of emphasis on a complimentary drone photo of the entire party, which unfortunately was not feasible since the event was indoors. I wish the focus had instead been on clearly explaining what level of editing was included and taking more family pictures. Overall, if you are looking for someone to efficiently cover an event and capture everyone present, Joel does a solid job. If you want more detailed editing or a specific finished look, I would strongly recommend clarifying those expectations in advance. I read many Yelp reviews before hiring him and did not see this mentioned, so I felt it was important to share.

The photos felt candid and real instead of overly posed or staged, and we found out Jim was the photographer. That ended up being exactly our experience too. My husband and I are both pretty awkward in front of a camera and really did not want to spend the entire day posing, but Jim was somehow able to get amazing photos while still letting everything feel relaxed and natural. Nothing felt forced. He was also super flexible with what we wanted while still being really organized about family photos and any specific shots we cared about. The whole process felt very easy and low stress. Also, the turnaround time was insanely fast. We got our previews and full gallery back way quicker than we expected. Not sure if we just got lucky being earlier in wedding season lol, but it was such a nice surprise right after the wedding. Highly highly recommend Jim to anyone, especially if you want wedding photos that actually feel like you and not a 10-hour photoshoot.

Viewing those pictures, my wife and I just loved the angles and composition of Jim's photos and knew that Jim would be hard to beat. Something I didn't realize before I got married was how much time you spend with your photographer on your wedding day. I think I probably spend more time with them than I did with my actual wife and groomsmen. Having say that, I was glad that Jim and Ryan were my photographers. They were really cool, funny guys to chat with throughout the wedding and you can tell they were passionate about getting the best photos they can get out of my wife and me. I appreciate they were always want to try out new poses, new angles, and new props so that the pictures stand out. Jim was also a great photographer for our families as he knows Chinese and was able to give out great instructions even to my family members who didn't speak the best English. It was pretty funny too when we weren't quite sure what we were doing during the Chinese tea ceremony and Jim was able to step in and give us some instructions. We got our wedding photos a month after our wedding date and we were not disappointed. Jim's selection of curated photos that he touched up were all amazing and were all worthy to be set as wallpapers on our phones. They were simply more interesting to look than most typical wedding photos we've seen elsewhere. And honestly, even the rest of the photos that weren't touch up or part of the curated batch were amazing to look at.

We loved Eric's portfolio and the way he mixes in heartfelt, glamorous, and whimsical moments. We asked him a bunch of questions during the intro call, mainly technical topics about photography, and we were impressed with his experience and thought process regarding different lighting environments. On the day of the event, before the couple's portraits, Eric spent a few hours scoping out the area for prime photography spots. It was a huge help, because he took into account factors like the angle of the sun and the crowdedness of the area to make sure my husband and I had a great experience. We did a few posed shots, and as someone who's never posed for photography before, I loved how relaxed Eric made us feel, and we had a lot of laughs where we almost forgot there was a camera around. Our full gallery arrived super speedily, and we couldn't have asked for more. Every shot either tugged at our heartstrings or made us laugh. My husband also does photography and was super happy with the composition and lighting. We're so thankful for all the hard work Eric put into making our wedding as memorable and meaningful as it could be. So if anyone's looking for a photographer, I highly recommend Eric!

This photographer will make sure you look good in your photos. In terms of preparation for the shoot, we did a brief consultation with Eric ahead of time. The photos were promised to be available in a one week time frame. Guess what?!?! They were ready by that one week! This is almost unheard of, and we were very happy with the result.
