Well, in short, it does! For just under 30€ we had a full breakfast for 2: yummy, see by yourself on the following pictures. I recommend the cinamon Schnecke homemade, which is just perfect with a foamy chai latte! The decor is very feminine and delicate, for sure a good place for a girl's meeting and a sweet morning. I only give 4 stars because it's very tiny and quite difficult to move inside when it's crowded.

This was my first restaurant since moving to Munich and I am so glad to have found this hidden gem…read more It was a hot summer day so their outdoor seating was full, but they still let me inside the restaurant with my dog (and even offered him water). They didn't have an english menu (spiesekarte), but they offered to translate all the items. When we ordered they also provided the wine that would go best with our meal - they give the whole bottle, but only require you to pay for what you actually drink. I ate the calamari and seafood linguine, which I thoroughly enjoyed - this is better than any Italian that I ate in the US. What was even better was the service - although they didn't take credit cards, no one rushed us to pay and leave once our meal was finished. I saw people sitting outside enjoying their meal with their conversations and people eating solo while reading a book. It's such a nice place to relax with great food.

Interior still retains the produce shelves which now display sweets and jams also for sale. The meal here was incredible - dishes were carefully balanced and portioned, and the taste? Perfection. I had the halibut - which was done beautifully: delicately crispy on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth but firm texture on the inside. Dessert was a chocolate plate (what's not to love, right?) partnering a small dense chocolate ganache cake morsel, decadent chocolate mousse, and a scoop of an absolutely amazing chocolate berry sorbet. If you're ever in Munich, come and enjoy this lovely establishment.

Then, they shave black truffles on top. Ummmpphhh. If you like truffle anything, then I highly recommend this dish. The portion is a bit on the small side, but it's perfect because it is rich so you'll be content after and not overly stuffed. Service was very friendly!

This restaurant is fantastic! My family stopped here for dinner around 5:30PM on a Friday night…read more There was seating available both indoors and outdoors. The 5 of us were promptly seated indoors. The indoor dining area was decorated beautifully and modernized. The menu had a great selection of appetizers, pizza, pasta, and salads. We chose two of the pizza and one mixed salad. While we waited, we were given a half loaf of freshly baked bread and a selection of olive oils to pair with it. Our waitress was very friendly and was able to speak English, which we appreciated greatly! If you're looking for a great nonalcoholic drink, try the lemonade and iced tea. They're exceptional and have fresh fruit inside. We also received home made chocolate when we were paying our bill. The chocolate was out of this world!!! I would highly recommend this Italian restaurant in Munich!

We decided (on our server's, Damien, recommendation) to pick several steaks & serve them 'family style'. We did the same with the starters, wine & desserts. It was a fun way for all involved to try lots of different offerings. We ordered the oysters & they were exceptional. Served with a simple mignonette, they were spectacular. Crème brûlée was top notch & so was the chocolate brookie. Damien supplied excellent service & was very patient. Be forewarned that it is pricey, which I feel is the norm for an exceptional steak. Stand out sides: truffle fries, white asparagus, sautéed mushrooms
