I left my car because supposably i thought that they would be able to fix it.....and 2 months later…read morei get my car back the same...the mechanic Al didnt know what was wrong with it and took my car to the dealership where they're experienced at my car and work specifically with nissans he said he took it there "suposably to reset the computer" in my car...and they did do that...but i also found out that they had changed a few bad sensors i had in my car there at the Nissan dealership, not at the shop where i had taken the car in the first place then they ran diagnostics to see what was wrong with it and the Nissan dealership found the problem....i ended up paying $300 just to change some sensors and diagnostic..when in the first place Alvaro aka Al never called me to get my consent to see if i wanted them to run a diagnostic and change the sensor there....i thought he had just taken it there to reset the computer in my car he said he had fixed the car and all it needed was a reset of the computer...SO I ENDED UP PAYING $300 to the Nissan dealership on top of staying TWO WHOLE MONTHS without my car because Alvaro had it in his shop "working in it" !!!!! I had a lot of trouble with me depending on my own transportation just because Mr. Al had my car there for TWO months...he said the car had "electrical issues" come to figure out it was a mechanical problem...i shouldve just might of well taken it to the Nissan dealership in the first place it wouldve saved me much more time in finding someone who is truly in fixing cars and from being without the car for 2 months!!!! This place seems sloppy and unprofessional if he couldnt fix the car in the first place he shouldve been straight up honest with me and told me i wouldve seen to take it somewhere else!!!! I came to town looking at a new Harley and had been thinking of grabbing a cargo trailer as well to haul it home. Caleb not only told me they could set it up with tie downs, but showed me the value of what I was getting for my money. He showed me different sizes and colors and answered all my questions. I also noticed they had PJ Truck beds which I may be needing one or two in the future. Really glad I stopped in here while waiting on the Harley dealership about my bike. I imagine Yelp's stance is that competition from vendors is good for the customer. Not sure I like Yelp advertising my need b/c I thought I was talking with someone with the other towing company. I'll also admit that perhaps it's an account settings issue in which I need to clarify whether or not I want my inquiries shared with other business. Since I'm not sure about it I'll have to check on it. As for Lamar at Indirect Services, dude saw my inquiry (via Yelp) and contacted me in an effort gain my business and help me out. He wasn't able to help me himself but was arranging for someone else to assist me. It turned out that a coworker was willing to help me so I didn't need a professional tow company. I told Lamar I no longer need a towing service and he wasn't rude in his response. He said he was glad it worked out for me. As I said earlier, I'm not sure how I feel about Yelp sharing my inquiry, but in this case I respect Lamar's hustle. I mean, dude saw that I may need a tow and was hustling for my business. I can't hate on that. Five star hustle.
