I called a vendor during the week for times of operations for Saturday's vehicle window tinting,…read morethe vendor said they were open on Saturday. I showed up for the vehicle window tinting and was told, unfortunately, some of the workers didn't show up for work today, so I left that place went to another vehicle window tinter and again, unfortunately, their window tinter did not show up. Called the next vehicle window tinter location did not get an answer on the phone but did get a text stating, "sorry I am unavailable I am currently on the phone with a customer", the next few minutes I received a callback, explaining they were busy and they will do their best to get me in because appointments come before drive-ups. The company "Exclusive Tint" was able to get me in and gave really good information, a demonstration of ceramic tint vs regular tint, the types of Tint, and what is legal for my vehicle. The job was done well and the employees were very nice.

I double checked the address on google and found they moved. I arrived and was greated immediately by the nice lady on the phone. She said that they were finishing up on two vehicles and I would be next. They stripped the old tint and installed legal ceramic tint. Great prices, great service and highly recommended.

They ruined my car please do not take your vehicle here. My dealership referred me here and I am…read morefurious that they did. First they burned my car with a heat gun and did a lousy job on my quarter panels. Took it back to get it redone. I had to practically beg them to redo it and they shredded the interior gasket around my windows. Ended up being over $250 dollars in damage and to top it all off I go out to my car today and one of my windows is peeling. Absolutely awful! I hate my car now because it's constantly been in the shop and I still don't have a decent looking tint.

Of all the crazy things that can happen, a vulture flew into my windshield halfway through my drive…read morefrom Houston to Odessa! Completely shattered the middle of my windshield but praise God I still had great visibility from my driver side view. I pulled over onto the shoulder of the road and called various repair shops in towns along the remainder of my route seeing if anyone could fix my windshield along my way. This incident occured around 3 pm on a Friday afternoon and every place I called advised they needed to order a new windshield and the quickest time they could repair it would be the following Tuesday. That didn't work for my schedule. Luckily while I was calling around, my dad was also calling around to repair shops in the Odessa/Midland area. Alas, he found our hero, the amazing, Dante at Onyx Tint! Dante was able to order the part and went into the shop BY HIMSELF the very next morning, while the rest of the Onyx staff was off for the day and repaired my windshield within the time it took my dad and I to have a nice breakfast at nearby, Jimmy's Egg and to do a little shopping nearby. Rain was also in the forecast for the day and Dante got us outta the way and back home to Odessa with my vehicle spotlessly repaired before the rain began. I can not give Dante/Onyx Tint enough praise for this amazing above and beyond service I received! Thanks to Dante there was no disruption to my Odessa trip, I was able to travel back safely to Houston without worry and my windshield looks good as new. Bravo and a million gazillion praises to Dante! I will recommend you and Onyx Tint to any and everyone who might need windshield repair. Thank you so much for the exceptional job you did and for getting me back on the road!

My good headlight which was very expensive was swapped out with one that never came on, and the driver headlight that was in the accident was never replaced. Instead they rigged up my highbeam to work in its place. I was referred here by a shady individual who hit my vehicle who was a so called pastor and the owner is his friend. I was quoted a price and then double charged and even left a balance even though I was ripped off. The owner even took my grandads firearm from my truck which was in a hidden compartment that Noone had any business going into. I was told the vehicle was ready, I left work early in an uber just to wait 2 more hours. I was then told I had to pay double the quote and then he added an additional balance. This was all to deflect all the things they had done. Knowing I was moving, starting a new job, and didnt have a rental car.The owner knew I was in transition with no friends family or rental car and 2 weeks turned to 6. I am so heart broken that a man professing the name of Jesus would take advantage of me in this way.The more I need certain items and go search for them I realize how much was actually taken from my vehicle. This man should be ashamed of himself. May God bless him and his establishment.
