Chef Guy presents you very well balanced plates mostly based on some Belgian classics with a modern twist. Very honest, no bullshit,presneted with a touch of disarming sweetness by his lovely wife Tineke. Honestly, we don't come here often enough!
Last week we went for lunch. Don't expect your brasserie beef stew with a potato soup here. No, proper fine dining with a fixed choice of two courses + dessert (or cheese), or adding an extra 3rd course in between. Don't rush it though, we took the whole lunch menu at ease and were there from 12:00 till 14:30 ;-) Well worth it. read more
