This review is much past due but well deserved, better late than never. My mom was on hospice for…read more(8) months with All Saints. I was her full time care giver, and without the help of All Saints, I would have lost my mind and not have made it through such a hard time. My Mother was very well taken care of. Several times a week Gloria would come and bathe her. My Mom enjoyed that time getting "pampered" and was always all smiles. As she slowly began to succumb to her Alzheimer's, the support of All Saints, especially Janelle her nurse (who always made her laugh) and Jean her social worker, were imperative to both my Mom and I. I didn't realize how much I would need their help in just listening and their understanding in my fears and sadness. They were always available to answer any and all questions. The morning of December 5th, 2018, I knew my Mom was passing. I called Janelle crying and hysterical, she came over right away. Her calm demeanor and kind words helped me process and prepare to say good-bye. After my beautiful Mother passed, I was offered so much support in the ways of phone calls and visits from Marissa and their Chaplin Patricia. Janelle came to my Mom's funeral and to this day has checked in on me. Of course I have my husband and our family to lean on, but you don't realize how much you rely on the support in the people of hospice. I am grateful my Mom had such good care in her final days. I am grateful I had such good care as well.... Thank you All Saints.

They would take my call all hours of the day and night. Also thanks to Dr. Wilbert Tsai in Pomona he is the doctor that works with the Hospice he even came to see my mom the first day she was placed on hospice and when the staff tried to get a hold of him he always responded no matter the time. My mom passed away on March29, 2020 but I am thankful that we had them on our side

The Oasis office staff interviewed us to find out our needs and to match caregiver personalities with my mother's. We immediately felt we could trust them. At first, there were two who weren't good matches, but within about two weeks, Oasis had set us up with three absolutely fantastic caregivers. They are kind, hard-working women, and enjoyable to be around, which is very important since they spend a lot of time with my mother. They help her with tasks around the house and are nearby to be sure she is safe as she goes about her activities. The day caregiver drives her to the grocery store, hair and nail salons, and various other appointments. They also help with baking, watch TV with her in the evening, and have interesting conversations. Overall, they have given her independence and have given the family peace of mind that someone is with her to look out for her health and safety.

It was the owner of the company that canceled it. It was his name on the email. I do not recommend this company. They obviously don't care about people that need help. They don't even feel you need an explanation as to why they canceled this company deserves every bad review that they receive.

My Uncle (age 92) needed in-home hospice care (he has passed). I contacted GHC Hospice late in the…read moreevening and they were there the next morning. The group of people that work there are absolutely the best in hospice care. In-home hospice is both emotionally and physically hard, and I could not have done this without the help and support of these amazing people. They will tell you, "Call for any reason, at any time" They mean this and they respond immediately. My deepest "Thank You" to: Jazime, Patty, Gabby, Pastor Lex, the night nurse on-call, the male nurse on call (who came at midnight to check on my Uncle). Thank you Elena, (his caregiver), for being so kind to my Uncle with his baths and changes. Thank you Donea (scheduler) for allowing me to call you so many times and always having an answer or providing me with whatever help I needed. Thank you Fatima (RN) for your compassion and guidance in helping me with what was happening and what was to come. I am very grateful for having found all of you during such a difficult time.

Warning to Job Seekers -- Extremely Disappointing Hiring Experience…read more I am sharing my personal experience with Janet, the owner associated with GHC Hospice and GENUS HC, in the hope that other job seekers will be cautious before making important career decisions based on verbal promises. Janet contacted me through LinkedIn, invited me to interview, and offered me the position on the spot. She strongly encouraged me to give my two weeks' notice at my current employer, offered me higher pay, and assured me that everything would work out. I trusted her word and left a job I genuinely enjoyed, believing I was moving forward into a promising new opportunity. I was given a start date of March 7, but that date came and went. I repeatedly received calls explaining that the state was conducting an investigation and that I could not start yet. I was told to wait a few more days, over and over, while I had absolutely no income because I had already left my previous job. Janet repeatedly apologized, but the situation continued for approximately three weeks. I ultimately had to find another job because I could not afford to remain unemployed while waiting for a position I had been promised. Thankfully, I secured other employment, but the financial stress, uncertainty, and disruption this experience caused were significant. I take responsibility for not insisting on a written offer before leaving my previous position. However, I believe employers also have a responsibility to ensure they are prepared to bring someone on board before encouraging that person to leave secure employment. My advice to anyone considering a position with GHC Hospice or GENUS HC is to protect yourself. Get a written offer, a confirmed start date, and confirmation that all necessary arrangements are in place before resigning from your current job. This was a deeply disappointing experience, and I would not want another job seeker to go through the same situation I experienced. I hope sharing my experience helps others make informed decisions and protect their livelihoods.

From the very beginning, their team of doctors, nurses, and office staff treated him with incredible compassion and professionalism - they didn't just see him as a patient, but as a person, remembering his preferences, stories, and needs. What truly set them apart was their unwavering availability (responding immediately to late-night concerns), seamless coordination, and genuine kindness that gave our family profound peace of mind during a difficult time. When my grandfather's health declined, they managed his care with such expertise and dignity that we could simply focus on being present with him rather than worrying about his medical needs. The level of personalized attention, from nurses who knew just how he liked his room arranged to doctors who took time to explain everything clearly, showed a rare commitment to whole-person care. For anyone seeking a healthcare provider that will treat your loved one like family while delivering outstanding medical support, Summer Breeze is truly in a class of their own - we will forever be grateful for the comfort, respect and exceptional care they provided to our grandfather in his most vulnerable moments.
