Three days later I called the office to follow up, still, no one ever called back to schedule an estimate. A week later I called again. I asked the receptionist if they were still in business and trying to get new customers, to which she naturally replied "yes, of course, I will have the sales manager contact you". Two days later I finally received a call from the sales manager, who asked me if I was an existing customer, or if I would be a new customer. I said I would be a new customer. He told me they aren't accepting any new customers at this time. 1. What do they need a sales manager for if they aren't accepting new customers. 2. Someone should tell the receptionist that they aren't accepting new customers, so she doesn't misinform people who call looking for estimates. Don't bother calling this company. It takes 12 days to find out they aren't looking for new business.
