I was ecstatic to get an appointment in a relatively short time for a specialist (2.5 weeks) and promptly agreed to the 3 PM slot I was offered. After finally finding parking 10 minutes before my appointment(which was a complete nightmare because the office is small), I was extremely confused, because this is actually a podiatrist and a dermatologist in one. No, you don't walk in the building and split to one door, the receptionist actually asks you what service you are there for. The waiting room probably has about 12 chairs and I took the last chair when I sat down. Over the next 20 minutes at least 10 more people entered the office to where it was a sardine can. At no point when I was filling out and returning paperwork did the assistants mention they were running over two to three hours behind on appointments. It wasn't until a gentleman next to me said he had already been waiting an hour and a half that I realized they just over book to make money. There is no way any doctors office with a shred of customer service would fall three hours behind on appointments. And after reading reviews on the Dr many echoed these sentiments with similar experiences. I got up and walked out. I refuse to support an office who has such little issue with inconveniencing their patients.

This was in another review. Wigs should be cut on the person getting the wig so it fits properly and looks as natural as possible.
