After repeated attempts to collect payment, and numerous unanswered and unreturned phone calls, voicemails, and emails, I would NOT trust this "owner" and company at all. We have documentation of him telling the homeowner her countertops are paid in full to us, but come to find out that he completely lied to his customer and us. We might be a one off customer for him, but when there is one lie, there are normally more. Integrity will keep you in business, but being untrustworthy will make you fold.
