Carlson will not claim responsibility for any damages and is quick to file a lien rather than repair. Totally avoid this flooring company. Travis Carlson and company do not deserve your hard-earned money.

I later discovered from another contractor that was a lie. As weeks and months ensued, I requested a refund for my money that he had apparently simply pocketed. He began to ignore all my requests and communication via phone, email and FB messaging. Now, I will have to file a small claims court complaint to hope to get any kind of restitution. Don't become a victim like I did, this guy is a deceptive THIEF!
