This has been the worst experience I've ever had from a dealership. I have been waiting since May…read moreof 2024 to have the paint fixed from corrosion. The manager tried to tell me the reason they never got back to me was because my warranty ran out so I needed to call Jeep Corp. and basically give them a "story " to get them to cover it. He told me exactly what to say. I called Jeep only to find out my warranty didn't run out until a year after I reported to Hernstein about the paint. I found out the manager is no longer there and they had me get an estimate in the spring. It is now August of 2026 and it is still not fixed. I had trouble with the stereo popping loudly and disconnecting. I had to figure that out myself and tell them the problem after paying deductibles to have already put a new stereo in which didn't fix the problem. 6 months later it's happening again. I had problems when I first got this jeep and they couldn't figure it out til I pointed out what I thought might be wrong. I will never buy from Hernstein again and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. The service department is incompetent and although I had 2 people in the office who tried their best to help me, they can't do much when management and technicians cannot do their jobs. It's terrible to call in and listen to their on hold recording talk about the great service they give when it's truly a lie.

We leased a 2019 Rogue from Nourse, and it's now time to turn it in or buy it out. We are opting to…read morebuy the vehicle out and told the salesman we planned to pay cash. He told us THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION, and WE HAD TO FINANCE WITH NOURSE. Upon reading our lease agreement, it clearly stated we could pay cash + any necessary fees at the lease termination. We contacted Dutro Nissan in Zanesville, OH and their finance department was honest with us and said that YES, a cash buyout is possible and that many dealerships are being dishonest with customers regarding buyouts in order to make money off of the financing. When I contacted Nourse to let them know we would be buying the lease out through Dutro, the salesman first tried to say that the financing was how Nourse "was choosing" to do things - THERE IS NO CHOICE WHEN YOU HAVE A CONTRACT STATING YOU HAVE TO TAKE A CASH PAYMENT. He followed that up by saying I was ruining "a good relationship over something so petty". Again, I - the customer, who was paying for a vehicle - was being PETTY over the fact that I 1) was blatantly lied to and the Nourse Nissan enterprise, and; 2) wanting to pay LESS money to buyout my used vehicle. A year ago, I would have recommended Nourse, now - I would definitely do not. Attempting to take advantage of your customers to pad YOUR bottom line, not just dishonest, but outright LYING to customers, and following it up with name calling.....Nourse will never see our business again.

We took our camery in because the brakes weren't acting right, and the transmission was shifting slow when it was cold. Got charged for 2 diagnostic test. That's 200.00. 89.00 to flush the transmission. And a sensor had some corrosion on one brake. Total 332.00 I think they are worse then midas.
