Happily, I found it after walking past several other seafood places along the boulevard. I was early for dinner by local standards, so luckily I was seated immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful even though my French is somewhat lacking. I was seated near a couple of locals who eat here every Saturday night for their Scallop special. These two amazing guys totally changed my and my wife's perspective about how other restaurants are run - especially when tipping here is more of a courtesy and in the states many restaurants just add 18% on to your bill for gratuity regardless of the service you got. I left the owner just 10 euros and he was so thankful and graciously declined but promised he'd give it to the kitchen staff when we insisted that we just had to appreciate them with a tip.
