Robbed me of a lot of money a few years back.
I gave them lots of info, they ignored most of it, rearranged the rest, then sent it back to me as a "report" even though it was nothing new. It was stuff I had already told them. Meanwhile they were flippant and ignorant of all of the other clues and information which were actually very important and relevant. Had they been effective and able I might have tracked my grandfather down in time before he died.
I ended up solving my case on my own. They said they'd get back to me. They never did. I guess I should have realized that their "skills" were deficient when EVERY SINGLE E-MAIL I got from them was riddled with spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and text lingo. When I complained about this the response I got was "there's nothing wrong with my grammar".
Really Roubina? I still have the e-mails and they look like they were typed by a 13-year-old.
They refused to refund my money despite the fact that they openly admitted they got me no results as a "significant" amount of time had passed. Logic and common sense got me the information I needed to progress on my own, something that these clowns clearly do not possess.
