Thankfully, Donna at KH was a fantastic and a polar opposite to the woman at Graysons. Donna was very helpful and went above and beyond what was required and put me at ease regarding the urgent stressful task I was trying to get sorted. I met with them on the Monday after talking to them on the Friday and they got the whole thing sorted and done (Graysons take note!). I spent hundreds of pounds with them (Graysons also take note!!) and I was extremely satisfied with their exemplary and professional service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
