They also go by the name of Elonex. The sales director is apparently Roger Carding and he says one thing and does another. Does not answer calls and it always out at meetings. This is a terrible company and is not to be trusted. If you ever get approached by them hang up immediately - it will save you months of pain and grief.

I have had the pleasure of working with this teeny tiny but super awesome design agency based in…read morethe Jewellery Quarter on a number of occasions, and can't say that I've ever been anything but pleased with the work that they have produced. They are also a lovely bunch to work with - very good at client relationships; treading that difficult line between listening to the client's needs and wants, but also inputting their own expert design ideas. They do web, print, branding and basically anything that involves design, and are fast establishing a reputation as one of Birmingham's best design companies. The reputation is well deserved: they work hard and produce great stuff. Nuff said.

I met the very recently married James and Kate through Birmingham Likemind about two years ago. Likemind (reviewed here too) is simply my favourite Friday of the month and Katie & James, until recently ran the coffee & chat morning. I love the work Supercool do but also love the attitude. I've met their interns and their employee who seem to take the same absolute pleasure in their work. I know of their design work done for Dance Xchange (who I heard raving about the work), Virgin Balloon Flights and Style Birmingham.

I have been using Regton's for quite a number of years and never had any issues l always believed…read morethat they had great products and pretty good customer service. When l normally buy items from these guys at the check out it could easily hit several hundreds of pounds if not over a thousand pounds. I reticently purchased a Garrett pro pointer amongst other things, one of the new orange ones and thought when spending £130.00 on one piece of kit that it would last more than a few uses. One the first day of use the item failed, on changing the battery it seemed to work for a few hours but the next day the probe failed and l thought that was quite strange as the old probe that l had the battery would last at least a month or more. In one month l went through five battery's and when you go through that many there is obviously a fault somewhere. I contacted customer services and it was if they where speaking to me as if l was a child or an idiot saying that it was common to have battery's that fail, yes l understood that but not five different brands. I was promised a replacement but was only sent the old faulty one back. I wouldn't use Regton's after the way l was treated by customer services.

Have purchased three houses, so I know how long the procedures normally take, and these definitely took longer than other solicitors I have used.
