Have purchased three houses, so I know how long the procedures normally take, and these definitely took longer than other solicitors I have used. Fees were reasonable, hence why I used them, however I feel sometimes you get what you pay for. Budget price, budget service. For everything they saved me in fees they cost me in interest on other items as I was waiting for a substantial sum from the sale of the property.

They will not return calls, their excuse will be training courses at every event when you finally manage to corner one of them.
