Again, used Michael Timms and his team to finally move into our forever home. Completing this Monday on the 17th December. This year alone, they helped me sell my house in Dudley (the same one they helped me buy in 2004). When i bought it way back when, they got me in within 6 weeks from offer to keys. When they helped me sell that same house this year in January, they were ahead of the curve every step of the way, just had to wait for the buyers solicitors. In October this year, we sold our main residential house. It was a cash buyer, and from start to finish, from accepting the offer, to completing, took 2 weeks. We had to put a lot of pressure on them to get this done (due to the buyer of our old house needing to urgently occupy), and they pulled out all the stops to do it. When we completed that house and signed those contracts, we sprung on them that we had an offer accepted on our forever home. We had six weeks to complete as the buyer was emigrating. Despite putting on boat loads of pressure on them, calling nearly every day, problems with mortgages, management companies, etc etc etc......they did it. If this is m r timms in gornal then do not use them. they are absolutley useless. They do not chase up any work, they do not phone you they just send 2nd class letters 2 weeks after they receive any news. This is not a personal remark just the truth through experience with them from myself and others that are appauled by the lack of customer service and the deal with it later attitude. When paying so much money to anyone for anything you expect a degree of good service and at least an update even if once every 2 weeks but tio be left in the dark for a month is appauling and yes they were contacted but gave unsatisfactory excusses.
