Our cat, Remy has always been a self-sufficient house cat. Recently his health has declined and…read moreneeds a special diet and supervision. Rather than cancel our trip over the 4th of July, my wife and I called Dog Days Kalamazoo. Michael was attentive to Remy's needs. He left a log of every visit. Made notes of anything that may be usual. Michael even took extra steps such as bringing in the mail and taking out the trash. Every day we got a text with a picture of Remy from Michael. Those picture texts help relieve any anxiety we had about leaving Remy. We saw pictures of Remy eating (our biggest concern), and looking happy in general. All of this service for the same cost as I would expect anyone to to tip a neighbor or friend for less work. Dog Days Kalamazoo is insured and bonded. We had Michael keep our key because we will be using him again.

I am 100% confident in Michael and the services he is able to provide, and I trust him implicitly with the safety, security, and well-being of both our home and our pet. Michael is extremely responsible and diligent, he takes his duties very seriously and always conducts those duties and himself in a highly professional manner. I have and will continue to endorse & recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for the types of services that he is able to provide.
