For starters each time I've went into the Olathe store the ladies have always been nice. I had to go in and try the Biscoff Cookie Butter Bundt Cake on one occasion (7/10), and I ordered the Triple Treat (9/10) on another occasion. Love nothing Bundt cakes but this store never seems to offer the national BOGO offers :(

Ordered two birthday cakes here online. It was a super easy process and the cakes were perfect. We got the chocolate chocolate chip and the red velvet. They were a huge hit! I got a 10inch (feeds 18) and a 8inch (feeds 8) for 25 people but honestly had so much left over that I probably could have just gotten just a 10inch...but more cakes is always better than too little! It was cheaper to get two separate cakes than the tiered cake. I scheduled my cakes to be picked up at 5pm but I called and I was able to thankfully pick them up earlier and the staff was so polite! Only things I regret is not getting lighter frosting but that's only because I don't like things too too sweet. They have candles and sparklers you can purchase too in the store. Will be ordering from them again. read more

What is it about a good bakery that makes you just....happy? Walking in to NBC (the bakery, not the television headquarters), you see bright, beautiful cakes of every color in the rainbow, and many more that aren't and probably should be. All are covered with a beautiful, soft, airy-but-still-richly-sweet icing, lovingly poured over the cakes in lines reaching out all directions, almost like a sweet icing spider, grasping to it's beloved cake. So many flavors! They were sampling the lemon, which readers of my Yelpography will know is M.O.'s flavor softspot. As Amazing (intentional capital "A" there) as it was, I stood strong on what I came for, which was the Red Velvet. Then, my wife proved why I married her, and sprung for a Lemon and said we could share. Who said true love is dead? We even let the kids pick their own flavors too. Hey - you can't lead kids into a "candy store" and not let them have their cake and eat it too, right? And for those of you wondering just how sweet-toothed or corpulent our clan is, we all opted for the "bundtlet" size cakes. Please remain calm. There may or may not have been a heated marital argument about my being able to make mine a 10" large... This place may just give Fluffy Fresh a run for it's money for my next birthday celebration! Have you seen the Bundtinis? Somehow, an assorted dozen of those for a birthday breakfast just sounds right. Service was kind and helpful and the prices were in line with what you'd expect of desserts of this quality. The assortment and variety is fun, bright, and tasty, and the quality is solid. I think everyone else said enough about their cakes. I really want to give this place praises on their service. First, they come to our work on a monthly basis. Genius business idea, everyone loves them and monthly so no one gets tired of them. Every time they come, it is a pleasant experience. The cake is always moist with large amount of flavors. Second, this holiday season my team decide to place a large order as holiday gifts to our employees. They owners were fast on responding by email (yes I know a little antisocial of me). All we had to do is to pick it up, they let us pick it up earlier. The owner wanted us to wait cause the bow wasn't tied on right. I appreciate the small details and effort of this place! Finally a Olathe location!!! My family and I have loved this place since they opened in OP. The Olathe shop is so cute!!! The young girls that work there are very friendly and sweet. All the flavor so are amazing!! The white white chocolate is my current favorite. For frosting lovers, the extra frosting is a MUST!! I think it is only like $.50 more. I love the cakes. However, I went on one evening about 15 minutes before closing time and tried to order a dozen of my favorites. I was informed that I could only get a variety box since it would take at least 10 minutes to complete the order that I wanted. Another young lady walked up and told me the couldn't do since they closed in 15 minutes but suggested that I put on an order to be picked up the next day. I understand it was close to closing time. I also understand that in my many, many years of food service. If a customer came in very close to closing time, they ordered what they wanted and stayed as long as they wanted. This was also my reply to the two young ladies. This happened about two weeks ago and so badly as I want their Red Velvet, I'm not sure that I will go back. read more

I received a free "bundtlet" voucher from the management team at my apartment complex so I didn't have a excuse NOT to go check this place out! It's located on 119th street, right off hwy 35! Perfect location! I stopped by in the afternoon and it was pretty busy! Mostly moms with their young kids and elderly women! The shop is fairly small but it's decorated quite beautifully! All of their cakes look delicious! I'm a sucker for anything chocolate so I got the chocolate chocolate chip bundtlet! it was the perfect size for 1-2 people and was so good! The frosting was quite rich and sweet. The prices are reasonable otherwise and I'll definitely get one of these bad boys when I want to give someone something sweet :) read more

Bundt cakes in all kinds of sizes, all kinds of flavors, with that cream cheese frosting that is To Die For. I love picking up a box of a dozen fabulous "Bundtinis" and taking that into the office when a box of donuts is expected. Not that I don't like a good donut, but, these are just so much better! Yummy. I've been twice and both were great experiences. Love the red velvet cake but need to take the plunge and try others after reading these reviews. It was just after 7pm and they close at 7:00. I was walking away after reading the sign when a man opened the door and invited me inside. Other people started coming in, too. Going the extra mile with customer service added to the bottom line for the day and sent customers out the door smiling!
