Most ppl jump to write a review after a bad experience. I did have a bad experience, but we love the cakes so we went back. We've been going back for months, and therefore I'm writing an updated review. Every single time we've gone back, we have had great customer service. Out of 4 visits this year, only once did we have a little bit of a soggy bundlett, but otherwise consistent delicious cakes and frosting. Always clean, friendly, and quick. Happy to update my review :). *By the way* - Yesterday when we went, the lobby was closed. Curbside available. It was convenient and quick. We called the number on the door, ordered two bundletts, they were brought out, and voila. Less than 3 minutes for the entire exchange from start to finish! I normally do not do reviews but feel like I need to share this one. It's my daughter's birthday. She wanted a Bundt cake and I knew the store was closing soon so I called to make sure that they had what we needed and they did. I told them I was on my way and knew they were closing soon but if they could just wait that I would appreciate it. I wouldn't be more than a minute or two past the closing time. The sweet girl on the phone said we can't stay open. I said I would get there as soon as I could hoping to beat the clock. I pulled on the door handle at 4:03. The staff watched me walk up, watched me try to open the door and would not let me in. I walked back to my car and three minutes later, the staff left the building. Now, if I had not called, I get it, but I called to make sure they had what I needed and to let them know I was on my way. My daughter wanted this cake specifically for her birthday and it's a shame the team at the Collections wouldn't wait. Terrible customer service! Do better people. read more

I've bought and ordered from Nothing Bundt cake so many but this is the first time I ordered from this Cumming location & this experience is enough to lose my business from the company entirely. I ordered a cake with balloons on Tuesday to be delivered to my moms job today (Friday). The website asked for order notes and I wrote please deliver before 2pm because my mom works until 2pm. I did not receive a confirmed email as I normally do so I waited 24hrs and called the store on Wednesday. They were able to find my order and sent over the confirmation email. Nothing was said on the phone to me at this time about my order not being able to be fulfilled with my note specification. Now it's Friday 12pm and I called the Cumming location to check on the status of delivery. I spoke to the manager Samantha who told me that all orders are sent out at the same time and I told her I understand that but I specifically put a note while placing my order. Samantha said the notes are overloaded plenty of times. Samantha spoke over me a lot and was very inconsiderate of the situation. It was as if they experience this issue a-lot and it was no big deal. She was so quick to cancel my order for a refund which I accepted but I would have been more understanding if they reached out to me once they received my order to let me know that they would not be able to deliver by 2pm because then I would have placed an order with a different company who could. Now it's too late for my sisters and I to order anything to be delivered for our mom's 50th birthday. Not to mention Samantha told me that they would have to still charge me for the balloons because they were already blown up, I didn't even know how to respond to that. They offer big bundt cakes that they will decorate for any holiday or special occasion for you. You can also get the mini bundts, which is a healthy serving for one or two people. The bundtinis are best for one person. Each bundt cake is topped with a delectable cream cheese frosting that is not overly sweet and complements each cake. Cake flavors include chocolate chocolate chip, white chocolate raspberry, white white chocolate, carrot cake, cinnamon, red velvet cake. They also will have holiday flavors and currently have a gingerbread cake available. The owner and staff are super friendly and accommodating. My only disappointment this trip is that I was told I would get the gingerbread bundt in my assortment and that was not the case. I had ordered one for Christmas Eve to pick up and one for the day I was there and was assured I had the assortment which would include gingerbread. I used to go here about twice a month. My family loves to go here!!!! Every holiday, we have a big cake!!! The last two times I have been here were horrible. The Indian woman that works there is so rude. The first time she was extremely rude to the employees and to me. I felt so uncomfortable I almost left before being checked out. I stopped going for awhile and when I went back the same lady again and she was rude again, for NO reason. She is down right mean!!! The customer service here was excellent! I ordered a dozen of the Bundtinis for a birthday which are more like individual cupcake sized cakes. It's great for groups, since people have different preferences on flavors. I really love that with the dozen, you get to pick various flavors and they don't limit you on how many flavors you can choose. Gluten Free Friends- my GF friend said this is the best gluten free cakes she has ever had! Apparently the chocolate chip cookie cake is the only one they can make GF. Last Monday we went to eat dinner and thought we would stop at Nothing Bundt Cakes to get dessert after. When we got to the door two customers were walking out. The employee grabbed the door and swung it closed barely missing my face and rudely said "We're closed". It might be me but I think if customers are at the door walking in as you are about to close, it would be common curtesy to let them in and lock the door behind them. When I arrived to pick my order up, I was told I could not have two boxes, that I could have one large box or two sacks. I explained they were gifts and that I would pay for two boxes, noticing there was probably fifty pre-folded smaller boxes that I could use behind the counter. If they couldn't accommodate my order as placed, they should have called, texted, or emailed me. After checking with the manager, I was told they could not allow me two boxes.
