This was a disappointing experience on many levels. We came for dessert after having a great meal nearby. I had never been to one of their stores before. But I had heard about them and read about them. The gal working the cash register didn't greet us or even say hello. She just came out from a back room. I said to her that we hadn't ever been there before -- hoping for some direction or explanation of what they offered. She did not say anything. She just stared at me. So I looked in the case and decided to try a small carrot cake. I asked if there was pineapple in it. She said no. She gave us the price and took our money. She handed us a bag. That was it. No nothing. No thank you. No thank you for coming, etc. Frankly, I was afraid to eat the cake -- fearing it might actually have pineapple in it as I'm allergic. I made my husband try the first bite when we got home. I also tried a small bite. Those who know me, know that I like almost everything. All I can say was that this cake was very dry. My second visit here in two weeks. The people that work here are so sweet, but the cakes are even sweeter. I have tasted the lemon, the carrot, the chocolate chip in the past, but this year I must say my all-time favorite (although way too fattening) was the special "chocolate raspberry heart". it was cute how they put a real Dove chocolate heart at the top and the raspberry jam was so flavorful. I knew it would satisfy a sweet tooth, but it was out of this world and now I have classified it as my favorite one....lemon cake comes second, and carrot third. I had a bday a few days ago and I let my son choose my bday cake and of course he chose Nothing Bundt Cakes (he's obsessed with their cakes) His favorite is ALWAYS the strawberry shortcake so we got strawberry shortcake lol I must say it wasn't my favorite- it tasted a bit fake and not great but I still give them 5 stars because so many of their flavors are DELICIOUS My favorite always is the red velvet and my wife loves the carrot cake and funfetti. When they first opened in Boca they had brought some free samples to my work, so I was able to try the lemon and carrot cake. Honestly probably some of the best cakes I've ever tried. They were so moist, not too sweet, tasted fresh and delicious. I recently stopped by to bring something to a housewarming party and bought the dozen mini cakes for $22. At less than $2 per bundt cake, it was worth it. They were a hit at the party and everyone loved them. They had two variety dozens to choose from - a holiday variety or the classic. I went with the classic which had lemon, red velvet, chocolate, and confetti. I tried all of them aside from the confetti, and they were all amazing. They have cute little gifts for sale as well, so if you go in for a last minute gift you're sure to leave with something cute. I glanced through their custom cakes for different celebrations, and all of them looked very cute and festive. For their Grand Opening everyone who came got to spin the wheel for prizes. I spun the wheel and won bundt cakes for a year, one a month. For my first months cake I got the raspberry flavor. Honestly the best cupcakes I've ever had. I had never tried these before and a couple weeks ago, my friends got me some because I was having a bad week and they were life changing. My boyfriend and I devoured them, they were so delicious. This week, my boyfriend told me he wanted to get a couple for his friend for his birthday so we decided to get another 3 pack for us to enjoy as well and I'm glad we did. They have a good selection of flavors: lemon, pumpkin, chocolate chip, vanilla, confetti, red velvet, marble, and white chocolate raspberry. They also have the store decorated with tons of merchandise you can buy: birthday cards, birthday plates, wine insulated cups, Halloween decor. Newly opened in Boca Raton this spot easily fits in with its sister stores. This place is ALWAYS consistent. No matter what time of day it is you can grab a cake and it will always taste fresh. I prefer the medium size bundts as the frosting ratio seems to be the best, that being said the minis and large cake are all fantastic. My favorite flavor is the funfetti.
