I personally came here to get some fingerprinting done. The staff, I assume they were the owners, were incredibly kind. The fingerprinting process was smooth and quick. I brought the credit card statement as proof of the original transaction and the tracking number and package ID. He refused to look at any of my documentation. He refused to engage about the issue... I have confirmed with FedEx that they mailed a check to Mail Post for their portion of these costs. FedEx confirmed that the Mail Post is responsible for recompensing me the full amount of $149 since the check was mailed to the Mail Post. The proprietor, Mohammed, was extremely argumentative and abrasive. He said that he would not be refunding me my money until I removed this negative Yelp review. I tried to explain to him that in addition to fraud, he was now blackmailing me, the consumer. I have every right to post a negative review if it is representative of the services that I have received. He proceeded to spit on the floor and tell us to leave his establishment. He said that he would not talk to us any further. It is unbelievable that this man is refusing to resolve this issue in a professional manner.
