William, the store clerk, greeted all of us with kindness and professionalism--which, honestly, none of us deserved for being there so late and keeping him after closing. I always come to the store because the employees are wonderful and William was a prime example of that today. William, if you read this, I'm so sorry for making you stay late but thank you for helping a harried mother of two get her Amazon returns sent, before they were too late for me to return. I hope your store manager and bosses know they have a very adept, professional and kind employee and treat you very well.

There were times when I had to stand in line, but never took longer than a couple minutes to get my taken care of and with the self service stations, makes it even faster. The employees have been very helpful when I have questions or when I take my items to the counter. I will always return to the store.
