Due to the Columbus day holiday it slowed things down and I did finally receive the document 2 days ago. However the Notary part was not done correctly with the correct name. My name was put in place of my Dad. His signature was to be acknowledged not mine. I would like to request a refund. The rep. Is still not communicating with me. That is so unprofessional to handle your business.

I always come to the store because the employees are wonderful and William was a prime example of that today. There were times when I had to stand in line, but never took longer than a couple minutes to get my taken care of and with the self service stations, makes it even faster. The employees have been very helpful when I have questions or when I take my items to the counter. I will always return to the store.
