This kid go to practice dance lesson, this one go to music lesson and the other go to painting practice. And the mom go to drink a coffee in the studio cafe while waiting for the kid. In fact, the patents can drop off the kid and go shopping. The studio has some music instruments for sale. With internet ordering that is so convenient, not many people want to make a deal through actual music store anymore. I would encourage you visit them and keep the store open. This studio has other edge with the bistro cafe, music lesson, art class, dance lesson to attract more people. It has it way to thrive their business without all egg in one basket. I looked around, testing different instruments, one of the many things you can do there. They allow you to play tons of them, for example a guitar or piano. I didn't really want to learn how to play an instrument, so as I was walking around strumming a ukulele or playing a piano (terribly, may I add), I was wondering if there was anything that I would want to learn about. Well, a girl who worked there named Shannon had been talking to me and my family about instruments and lessons, and she told us there were art classes that I could take. She even showed us the art studio, which had tons of paintings and pieces of art that the teachers had made, and boy, was I amazed. I made up my mind that I wanted to take art classes. The other people who worked there were friendly as well and the store itself was very clean and I look forward to going back. I would rate it 4 out of 5 stars.

Booked and paid for a paint session for 3 at Painting with a Twist (Sheldon Rd). I called multiple times over 2 hours before the class--no answer, no live support. I did not ask for a refund, only to reschedule for a later date. They refused any resolution, blamed "lost paint," and "no proof of phone calls" despite several pictures of phone logs provided, and wouldn't even offer a partial refund. Despite the fact that their failure to answer calls made well in advance caused the situation, they refused to offer any alternative, resolution, or even a partial refund. Customers should not be penalized for a company's lack of communication or basic customer service. I've taken many paint classes like this before and have never experienced anything close to this level of poor service. This business takes payment but does not stand behind its service when an issue arises. Extremely disappointing. Avoid.

Great act provided by the Tampa Shakespeare Festival and the Hat Trick Theater. It took place at…read morethe Tampa Waterworks Park Downtown Rotary Pavilion. This open air theater is drawing more people to be interested in the play. The play is no mic. All sound projection is from the actors or actresses. This is very challenging when you have an open air theater that close to the I-275 highway and Hillsborough River with motor boat activities. I would like congratulate the actors have done a good job to project their voice and dialogue. This is my first attendance of Shakespeare play. I like it the have the costume and facial expressions.

Very walkable area. Across the street from Datz. The best place to park is in the back of their building and walk around. Parking is limited on the street in this area. I wanted to paint something for my boyfriend for the holidays and Gia was nice enough to agree to my pick, so we painted a black light, northern lights scene. I think both of ours turned out pretty good, albeit better under the black light! LOL Gia's looked better than mine. We went on a Friday night and had some very exuberant groups of young people with us. They were so much fun. Our instructor Nicole held a couple of contests and 4 people got to take home paintings from the gallery. I didn't win and I was insanely jealous! Ha!! The paintings Nicole and the other instructors create are fabulous! They are available to purchase and extremely reasonable prices. What fun gifts! Hmmm.. can I say I painted it?! Lol... I wouldn't do that. Anyone who knows me wouldn't believe me anyway. Nicole gave us step-by-step instructions and came around and helped us out when we made a couple of small mistakes. It moves pretty fast and I struggled a bit to keep up. I think the more you do it, the faster and more comfortable you will get with painting. The 2.5 hours went by so fast! I hope to go back to paint a canvas that includes lights and a do a paint your pet class. Go paint, drink, and be merry at Painting With A Twist!

I took both of my children to the AlliSongs for Tots music classes for years. We started at age 6 months for my oldest child and then my youngest started attending at age 3 wks old. The music book and cd's are helpful so you can sing outside of class. My children continue to love music and they really enjoyed these classes (so did my husband and I)! I love that our instructor (Alli), would always say "you have the most beautiful voice to your child so don't be afraid to sing!" This place is very clean, you take off your shoes upon arrival. The instruments are clean, the bathroom is clean and well kept too. We would always do the summer sessions too, it's nice and air conditioned inside her building!! Enjoy!!
