I can see how much attention to detail the whole team provided with flawless results. I love having the text notifications which gave me ease of mind and I never felt like I needed to contact the shop. They actually still care about customer service; and were more than happy to answer any questions and do what worked best around my schedule. No other shop remotely compares; the last shop that was supposed to be working on my car had me going back and forth for 7 months before we finally decided to call around for a different shop. Then, after getting rude responses from a couple of other shops in the area; it was a breath of fresh air to call Milford Auto Body. The whole team is amazing! We took off a star because the end cost was more than double the initial estimate. We were initially quoted $700 for the work based on the pictures I sent, and after a phone call when I explained the issues, he said give or take $200 more, but in the end, we had to pay $1,500 (plus a $100 tip). Dino explained that this was because there was some work needed that wasn't visible in the photos I sent. It might still be a good price overall compared to what I'll pay at the body shop, but for other potential buyers, just make sure you send all the photos of the things that need repairing so that you don't get surprised by the end cost.
