I recently purchased a furnace which did not work properly. I reached out for assistance multiple times and the owner did not offer to troubleshoot and instead resorted to blaming me for the products inability to deliver effective heat. After not getting any assistance, I was thankfully able to painstakingly diagnose the problem myself which turned out to be a faulty pressure switch. They did send out a repairman with a new switch and installed it, but still blamed me for the problem. It works now and I am still the same person I was before the switch was replaced and it works now, so I guess it wasn't me after all! Customers should not have to work out problems for the company to solve, and it seems like the staff are not knowledgeable about their products or how they work. I feel the technician and the owner are not competent to do this work. I encourage those looking for plumbing and heating services to seek their needs elsewhere!
