The deep-fried turkey was hands down the best turkey I've ever had. I've never seen a turkey stay that juicy, especially after reheating. The juice was literally dripping as I carved it. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy (not mushy... and I am picky about my noodles), the candied yams were perfect, the cornbread dressing was delicious, and the collard greens were seasoned just right. Everything reheated beautifully in about an hour, which meant I got to actually relax instead of spending the day chained to the stove. Chef Aleta was also wonderful to work with. Alyson listened to all of our questions and concerns with guests' potential needs. One of our guests has severe allergies and Hearty Boys was well aware, ensuring our guest was well take care of, providing a delicious meal and not missing out!
