Cute little spot amidst the hustle and bustle of the World Square Shopping Centre in Sydney. It was good to find a non-Asian food place.
The server/cashier was friendly which, unfortunately for us, was a little hard to come by during our stay in the city. She took our order and made sure to offer suggestions as well. We dined in. The place is a little cramped but super homely and modern. Since it's located in a large shopping center, we found that not many people stayed very long. The servers were on it, working fast and efficiently, making sure to take orders and turn over tables quickly without rushing you.
We ordered the Ham Croissant sandwich. The flavors were super fresh. The bread was crispy and light. We've found that ingredients in Sydney are a lot lighter than those in our neck of the Bay Area. We almost haven't felt bloated or bogged down after eating. The veggies, which we've found cucumber, rocket (arugula) and carrots to be staples here, have been extra crispy.
Nosh Up has been one of my favorite breakfast places here. I'd definitely return if we had more time. My fiancée and I split the croissant, and it left us satisfied and carried us over for 3-4 hours before our next meal. read more
