This was my first and will be my last experience here. I feel bad writing a bad review because I love to support small businesses, but I have to be honest so that the company can step it up and not waste their customers money. I ordered two smoothies, she informed me it would take 20 minutes. I waited almost 30 minutes to arrive for this reason and she was just finishing them up. She also did not greet me, did not smile, and was not friendly on the phone or in person. Granted she was the only person there and probably stressed out, but that's not my problem and she should be friendly regardless. The prices are kind of expensive and the smoothies were nearly flavorless and extremely watery. I don't know if to save money she barely put any fruit in them or what but I'm not kidding when I say they were flavorless. Literally coconut water mixed with ice and maybe a dash of flavor. It was a huge waste of $20. I'd rather drive 15 minutes each way for virt juice in AG for a smoothie than ever come back here. I didn't try food other than the smoothies but won't give it another chance. Sorry to the owner if you're reading this-it's not personal. read more

If you haven't been to Nosh you are missing out on some delicious clean food! The paleo artist is absolutely amazing and her creations are amazing and so tasty! I tried this before I left out of town and could not wait to get the Asian chicken meal again. I've been craving! Stop by and show this hidden gem some love! I live in Nipomo and wanted to try this smoothie place. our smoothies when we got them they tasted so bland and flavorless they were unbearable. My wife got a sandwich that she paid $18 for when we got it. It was burnt to crisp. I don't know if they just had it out for us and wanted us to have a bad meal or if their food is just this terrible. Everything was terrible. read more

I am someone who likes to support local business and also someone who does not like confrontation but as someone who is now working on sticking up for herself I decided to speak up today. The owner was not approachable. I shared with her that it was my first time here. She had a flat face affect. I understand we all have bad days, but it's not okay to be short or rude. I asked her what the price was for the smoothies since I had a hard time reading the small words on the menu. Instead of her just telling me she handed me the menu. Even though she was rude I still decided to order a smoothie. I couldn't fathom why she was rude. Mind you the restaurant was not busy. Anyways After the only customer in the building left, l found the courage to let her know how I felt about her service. The way she responded to me was by saying she didn't want to deal with me then refunded me money back when I didn't ask for a refund. She also had the audacity to tell me she had cameras. I don't understand why she said that. I didn't insult her or anything close to that matter. I just wanted to let her know how my first experience was and how she was rude. read more

What a find and in Nipomo too! The owner, Aubriel is a HERO! After a serious health diagnosis 4 years ago, she changed her diet and is currently drug and symptom free! Now she wants to share this super delicious and nutritious food with others. In the midst of the very first bite of my sandwich, my eyes lit up and my tase buds began to dance! I normally don't like gluten free bread, yet this was so good I ate every morsel. Everything on the breakfast and lunch menu (both served all day) looked "familiar" with an added creative twist. I've been waiting to try this new Paleo Cafe in Nipomo and today was the day. Sweet little spot and very fresh & clean with a warm and current vibe. I ordered "Lox it Up" & my husband ordered a Blue Whisp. Beautiful presentations on both. My Bagel & Lox was dressed with a Fine Balsamic and I loved the micro greens & capers. It was a little too long on the grill but it happens so I just worked around it. The Blue Whisp was refreshing and lite. We loved it! The pineapple didn't come through very strong but the balance in the drink was perfect. It's amazing to find a place in this area that serves food with No sugar, dairy or gluten. Love having that option. That said, if you eat those types of ingredients you might find Nosh's Bakery Goods not as pleasing to your taste buds. I loved her Lemon Cookie & Petite Apple Pie, but I do limit sugar. You might find you love it too. Service was a little slow so don't go if you're in a hurry. This is a good place to relax, take your time and enjoy these new tastes. I had a hard time deciding if this would rate a 3 or 4, but all-in-all it was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed meeting & talking with the owner. And her food is beautiful. read more

This place can't be beat for straight-up healthy and delicious food! You can't get any cleaner food for sure! My wife has gluten sensitivities, so what a great it was to order Incredible pancakes, yummy French toast, and a waffle that she could enjoy without worry! We also tried the smoothie, the coffee, and the egg scramble (which was my favorite dish). If you get a chance to meet the owner, Aubriel, be sure to hear her story and health journey. This is a sweet place owned and run by a delightful woman who had to re-learn her relationship with food to solve her own health issues...and learn she did! Every dish is cooked to order. It's all cooked with love. She makes all her sauces from scratch with very healthy ingredients. If you are looking to eat real food, healthy food that tastes wonderful, this is the spot! Aubriel is an amazing person. She is winning the battle with MS. She is an open book and it helps those affected by this illness. She is very passionate and positive about her journey. By her sharing that she has used food to help herself to be symptom free, it has given hope to others that have MS like my older brother. Her food is delicious and has so many benefits. The food at Nosh Paleo is excellent! You could not tell the bread in this chicken club sandwich was GF, dairy free or grain free! All the ingredients are fresh! The baked goods are amazing! The apple strudel muffin was excellent, moist and flavorful! (I couldn't take a pic because my husband ate it too fast) I appreciate all the love the owners put into making real nutritious food that takes time. If I wanted fast food (which I don't) I would go through a drive through. I would recommend calling ahead if you're pinched for time. I have had great interactions with the owner! read more

If i could give 0 stars, I would. I ordered a mint chocolate chip smoothie (which tasted like bitter dirt) and was greeted by Aubrielle I think is her name. She had a horrible attitude, sneered at me, and it took almost 30 minutes for my order to come out. If you want to spend the next two hours of your day sitting on the toilet in gut wrenching pain, I would definitely recommend this place. I was also informed by one of my friends that they were served food that had been dropped on the floor and then rinsed off and served to them. I don't doubt that this made them sick as well. 0/10, never coming back. read more

She had a lot of good nutritional information to share as we both have a lot of food sensitivities. I ordered a gluten and dairy free waffle. Loved this place as soon as I saw it! I have food allergies and my son is sensitive too. I was able to order him a waffle made without egg (which we tried to make ourselves a few days ago and failed) and it was delicious! Also, I'm pregnant and have been craving Zuppa Toscana, which they just so happened to have today! It was so good and they even gave some extra to bring home to satisfy my craving fully! So sweet! Very disappointed! I was so excited to try a new place in Nipomo. They ran out of bread at 2:30pm and they made my sandwich into a salad. The chicken curry was really dry and with no dressing made a sad salad. The coconut Thai chicken soup tasted like a watered down chicken soup. We waited a long time for my sweet potato fries on the side which were not cooked well. They were almost raw. My friend had a very small sandwich and because they misunderstood her order she did not get a side. It was expensive for what we received. I will not be returning and can not recommend. read more

A group of 5 of us came in on a rainy Sunday afternoon with a birthday to celebrate. We all enjoyed meeting the local owner who has a passion for providing all healthy and tasty food. We all enjoyed our meals such as the Chicken Curry Salad on Sesame Bread and the Bolognese Pasta. It does take a while to get your food only because she is cooking everything fresh!! Luckily we just sat and enjoyed each others company while she was cooking away. Nice place to go and just enjoy the space and know that you are eating healthy. She even cooked a fresh baked cookie for our birthday girl:) So sweet. We will be back and will spread the excitement to others. It's nice for Nipomo to have a place like this. read more

They made me special dishes for Christmas and they were delicious!! Plus I didn't have any 'issues' like I do when I eat regular food. So I was able to enjoy a delicious Christmas dinner AND have dessert this year.
