I have been coming here for a long time now always great service quality work wait time always decent place is a little small but does have a waiting area inside while car is being serviced. If doing an oil change, which is what I typically do here I can wait inside my vehicle as they work on it very convenient. This oil shop has very great options and great quality of oil and oil filter filters will definitely come back and we'll recommend anyone looking for oil change. read more

They are really good with my oil changes and they are fast. I love this place is awesome.

This place is very convenient--you can just go in and out--but the oil change costs much more than other places. It's about double the price, so I won't be going back. read more

They are scam artists and they will mess up your oil pan drain plug and try to sell you a new oil pan! After I complained they should have never used a power tool to take off or put on drain plug we got into a heated argument because I knew they messed up after they pitched me a new oil pan. They then proceeded to put an oversized drain plug which only fixed the problem for a while now I'm leaking oil need a new oil pan and can't use a helix repair kit! And will need to buy a new oil pan 1k plus labor!!!! Avoid this place at all cost read more

No BS up sale. Family run business. Competitive prices. I got in and out 10 minutes but to be fair it was a slow rainy day. I'll for sure be back. read more

This review is to reflect today (1-28-25) I had a full synthetic oil change done on my 2018 chevy silverado 5.3 v8. When I first pulled up there was nobody there the employees were just standing around so I was taken rite in which I was happy with. The guy approached me and asked me what they could do for me the customer service was great until we got to the price. I was told originally 120+ for the vertex oil that they had but I asked for the Mobil1 because it was name brand and I've used it prior. The guy told me that would be more expensive and quoted me 141.00 out the door so I agreed and they got to work. Once they got my truck drained and we're halfway through the oil change an employee approached me and told me that he messed up and it was actully going to be 152.00. Seeing as how my oil was already drained and I didn't have a choice I told them ok and they finished up my truck. I realize it's only 10.00 more but I didn't appericate that,it was very shady and made me not want to return to this place again. I DO NOT recommend this bussiness. read more

I like coming here because I feel they're being honest and not trying to take advantage of me because I'm a woman (and most likely don't know much about car maintenance, which is true) haha. They seem trustworthy. read more

My husband and I always come here for our oil changes. We have been coming for a few years now and never experienced any issues. The prices are great and so is the staff they are very fast, friendly and efficient. We referred my brother here and now he does not go elsewhere this is his go to now. Well worth every penny. read more

Yes, it was in and out here. But I have found another place a bit further down the road, that charges a lot less for an oil change.

They will give you one price before you agree to get your oil change with them and increase the cost once it's time to pay. This was my review last time I came. I had decided to delete it because I thought that maybe I was having bad day on that occasion and was being unfair. I paid $85 this time. Today I came back and paid $102 for a full synthetic. Way too much for a full synthetic. Even Jiffy Lube offers better prices. Not making the mistake of coming back here again. read more

Great service, friendly staff, and most importantly honest. I've taking my cars here for the exception of my brand new car, but will be going back when my warranty is up. read more

Went in for an oil change. I have a prius and the charge was $95, which is more than I expected to pay but I was in a rush. They did though do it in less than 15 minutes. My other place is further and they take longer than this place so I will be coming back for the convenience. Everyone was friendly. Glad I stopped by and despite the price I will be returning. read more

Been coming here for a while to get an oil change. Reasonable price. The father, the son, and all the other workers are all so friendly! They put air in your tires and put fluid for your water wipers. They are awesome here. Very quick as well. In and out in 10 mins :) read more

These guys are great. Always in and out with no problems. I've had my oil changed and differential fluid flushed and refilled (cheaper if you bring it yourself). They will also flush and refill your coolant which I haven't done yet. Over all great place and cool staff. read more

In and out in less than 15 minutes for oil change. This is going to be my new oil change place.

Changed my oil here recently. They were not busy which was good so I was able to pull right in. You don't get out you sit in the car while they change your oil and that was pretty cool. One of the employees came up to the window right away and started the process. They were fast and friendly. I thought it was a bit much though. Almost $50 for regular oil (not synthetic) and I had brought a new quart of Lucas high mileage oil for them to add. Not overly priced in my opinion, but I usually get it changed for around $37 in Hawthorne and have never had an issue for years. I'd give this place a try though. As I mentioned earlier they are fast and friendly. It took me a total of about 10-15 minutes and I was on my way. Good job guys and thanks again! read more

Very quick service. Super friendly and checked tire pressure without even asking. No hassle oil change!

They are Quick, courteous, professional and affordable. They used top brand oils and synthetics if needed.

Did a great job when I went with my wife's car on Monday, so I decided to go back today with my car. They found a pretty major problem (I had a belt that was fraying), and they fixed it right away for a good price. It did take a few hours, so I was kinda stranded, but they did suggest I could come back, but not to drive too much as they were afraid of the belt breaking soon. I agreed to get it switched out right away, and decided to wait. After they took off the belt, they even brought it over to show me the state it was in (it was bad). Thankfully they did the inspection, as I'm sure I would have been stranded by the side of the road (if not worse!) if they didn't. read more

Very professional, no up selling. They did inform me my air filter was 2 years old and to replace it as soon as possible.

Great service. The owner is very kind and I am glad I supported his business rather than spending money at a chain where personal connections aren't really made. read more

Needed an oil change asap and it looks like I came to right spot . It is a small garage but good service . Really kind staff and fast service . I will definitely be back again. read more

Great spot! My brother recommended this place for an oil change, but now I've been here for about 3 more jobs. They're fast, have great prices, friendly, they keep in touch, and they'll offer advice on future work needed and pricing options. I don't feel pressured ever or obligated like at other places I've been to. With only one more thing needed before my car is perfect again, Norwalk Lube is the place. Best to go on weekdays (open at 8am) for guaranteed and fast service. YT: Erik Wade read more

Been going here for a few years but just found out from my wife that they don't do transmission oil changes on my 2016 Honda Odyssey because there's no dipstick for them to check the fluid and we need to go to the dealer. Problem with that is that the last time I got it changed was there. Last time, the guy pulled out the dipstick and showed me that the transmission oil was getting dirty so I got it changed. That only leaves 2 conclusions, they ripped me off and didn't change the transmission oil last time or whoever was there today was too lazy or not competent enough to change it. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

i've been here before and every time i come it's quick and easy, very polite and always giving their all i really recommend this place to everyone that needs oil service!!! read more

Decent priced oil change, wouldnt do anything else here due to the fact that it is way too expensive. Synthetic oil change was going to cost me $89 not including additional fees. My Camry needed additional parts. Went to my toyota dealership and got synthetic oil change for $55 for my Toyota Camry. I will give it to them that they are fast, in and out. Unless there are many cars waiting in driveway, expect hour wait read more

I hate long lines and long waits. It's such a hassle having to wait more than 15 minutes just to get something done. I believe 15 minutes is my threshold before my ADHD kicks in and I start getting annoyed. Thanks to Norwalk Lube, getting an oil change isn't such a bitch these days. There is no wait but timing is everything. Forget early Saturday and Sunday morning. Your wait can be as much as an hour. Anything after 12 pm is butter. You'll be in and out within 20 minutes. I'm lovin' it. Another reason for anyone to pay Norwalk Lube a visit is the price. I paid a less than half of what Lexus would have charged me. I'd also like to add that the workers are super nice. Yeah they speak minimal English but who the heck cares if you get good quality service cheap and fast. Amen to that. read more

Someone told me they were fast but I didn't know they were this fast. I sat down and was waiting for my crappy ass 3g network to load up on my phone and the guy walks in. I thought he was going to sell me air filters or other products but he goes, "OK, we're finished" I was like WTF?!?!?!?! They filled my tire with air, check the fluids and changed the oil. All that costed 26 bucks! read more

So you know that oil life meter? It starts at 100% and works itself down to 0. Mine read -30%. Yes, it had a negative reading. To my defense, it went from 0 to -30 in less than 30 minutes (I guess engine oil degrades exponentially). So on my way to LA, I yelped for an oil change and this place popped up. I was in a hurry. They said they could take me in right at that moment. And true enough, as I pulled up to park, another was just exiting the lube area (yea, that's what she said). They said it would take 5-10 minutes ... SCORE! So I went across the street to El Pollo Loco for a quick bite while I waited for the oil change. When I came back, the car was ready, but he mentioned my air filter was very duuhhty (in his thick korean accent). $20 extra for the filter change. 2 more minutes and I was back on my way to LA. Total ran me about $51. read more

If you want a quick oil change come here. Sometimes they can get a car in and out in less than 15 minutes. I think it depends on how hot the engine is. These guys are the real deal, and don't waste your time and money by trying to upsell you on a bunch of crap you don't need. read more

Great little shop! Two stalls for oil changes and brake work etc. Both of my visits I received prompt and friendly service. About 2-3 people will be working on your car which is why they have Nascar pit type service. Five maybe ten minutes at the max. Oil change is fairly priced around 25-26 bucks. Includes new filter, tire pressure window cleaning, top off and check fluids for maintenance. If any maintenance is required, they will quickly let you know what needs servicing. Of course you can always say no if you feel like getting a second opinion, but why wait? Fix it now!!! read more
