The clerk greeted me upon arrival as he returned to assisting a couple ahead of me. This was their first visit as well. They had used CBD oil for some time and excited to have a place nearby. The clerk was patient with all of us as we bombarded him with questions. He explained all of the options and products available. No idea if the prices were reasonable because I have nothing to compare. I left content with my purchase and will definitely return.

The sales "person" (little tiny guy/girl with short hair cut) couldn't tell me where Flavor Factory was made... it's made in Wi btw. I got 2: 240s and a box of coils (which are only available in a box, no singles, OK, no problem) I physically had to point out the box I wanted. They mixed my flavor and never labeled the flavor or nic level. That is literally illegal, check the law. Not once did they wash their hands, nor wear gloves. I threw them both in the trash. Yes they got my money but good lord talk about a crap show there. You should know what you sell and do it safely. This shop should be closed down due to FDA and AFTE regs. I have ran vape shops in the past and brought them out of grave but this is unacceptable.
