Upon arriving at my neighbors they parked in front of my driveway blocking my wife in as well as moving my Waste Management trash and recycle container out of their way which was placed in my driveway mind you for easy pick up, from Waste Management which was not to happen since they moved my trash and recycle away from the road so as to park their vehicle again in front of MY driveway. I called Vamonos Junk Haulers that night and left a message describing the ordeal and expecting a call the next business day to apologize for inconvenience of blocking my wife in as well as preventing my scheduled trash pick up. This was not to be. Their service center at the north end of town Is clearly set up to serve the public. I walked in with an urgent delivery to Bogotá, Colombia, holding some small metal parts with no packaging in my hand. This wasn't my first rodeo--I had my commercial invoice with four copies already filled out for the customer in South America. The counterman knew exactly what to do. He found the cheapest method and best protective packaging for the fragile metal tubing I was shipping. I watched him wrap the parts and he did an excellent job. He scanned my ID, took my card payment, and returned a receipt with all the tracking information required to notify my customer. I was in and out of there in no time. Although I was in a hurry, I did notice racks of related products that make shipping effortless. I was there at 2 o'clock and the last pick up for air shipments is at 4 o'clock. This experience gave me a very positive attitude toward (FedEx).
