I met with Grossman to swap out a toilet & the water controls in a shower (non-emergency service call). Matt came to my house to provide an estimate. We scheduled a time for him to return a few days later (11/2020). They came and they did a good job. There were no economic surprises. They cleaned up their mess and everything works fine. They were at our house a week later, could've been sooner if I hadn't been traveling, the work was completed impeccably. Given that our sewer line weaves its way across our property we were anticipating major damage outside from ripping up pavers and the driveway, but the team found away to avoid all of that.
